I had an issue where the tip of my toe was rubbing against another toe. It was painful and my toe was swelling. So I bought these things and they've been a big help. After wearing on and off for 10 days, my toes is no longer swollen from friction. I plan to continue wearing them until I get even more spacing between my toes. These things are made of a super cool material - it's very stretchable, soft and easy to wash too. Overall, I'm very pleased and highly recommend.

I think these were helpful in my toe alignment, but they were difficult - even painful - to apply. Couldn't use them.

Being a Guy who never really thought about his toes, after getting a little bit of pain in between my toes I decided to try this product. At first it was challenging to get them put on. My toes actually did not move as I thought they should. As I said, my toes were the last thing on my mind. I have had them on now for about 15 minutes and I have to say, my feet feel great. It says first time wear for only 15 minutes. So time to take them off. Will repost if anything changes. Yes I recommend this item.

In the photo these separators look very robust and functional. But in real life, not for big feet, once I handled them I realized the model for this item has very tiny feet! Making these toe spreaders look more functional than they really are! I'm an 11.5 eee, FYI: for those interested, when I started correcting my feet and toes I wore a size 10 D most of my life and I had the "western" foot that was shaped like a "yam"! It's taken about 5 years to get my feet to look halfway normal "duck" feet as they are supposed to function! But warning, once toes are separated you will be using muscles and tendons that haven't been use in 30-40 years and your toe, foot, leg and thighs will hurt! I'm almost 80! I wish I had known about correcting this issue in my 20s!

Bought these because I hate how my feet feel at night with my toes crunched together weird I know but it is one of the many things that can keep me up at night. This product added to the stress for me as the space was too large and made my toes hurt. And it felt just as uncomfortable as having my toes crunched.

Be patient. First of all this is repositioning your bone so I will be uncomfortable if you use all four. I could not use all 4 so I cut the one of the set until I go used to it. Then I graduated to two. For now it is all I can bare eventually I will have 3 then four. Thank goodness they come with a set so the first set I cut into single and two pieces. This is before and after for one month. I wear them over night and no more uncomfortable shoes. So put off that surgery. Remember we live in a world where we want instant results. This is a long term process.

Although these are generally soft and comfortable, they do not hold up at all. Also they do not stay in position unless you do not move or wear them inside a sock. The durablility may be better if you only use inside a sock or stationary as well. I bought these to maintain toe separation while moving and not while inside a sock. The manufacturer needs to specify that these are not designed for movement and need to be worn inside a sock.

They were good and do what they’re supposed to do.
