Wonderful for kids!!
These are so much fun for our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. She really enjoys these. They seem to last a long time. They don't make a mess. They are really easy to use. I like to print coloring pages off from the internet onto cardstock. They are fun for our granddaughter to color. These can be used as dots and also as a paint by moving the marker across the paper in a line.

Best dot markers ever! Fun, easy, washable, and a dream come true for parents.
We love our Do A Dot art markers! My youngest daughter (3 years old) uses these at her preschool and always comes home with the most colorful imaginative artwork. We have many different Do a Dot sets in our home including a set of Brilliant do a dots that we still use which we have from my oldest daughter who is now 8 years old, so they last a very long time! For our latest activity we took coffee filters and “dotted” them and then sprayed them with water. This gave the coffee filters a tye dye look that turned out amazing! This was a huge hit for our daughter and her little friends. The possibilities are endless, but if you ever run out of ideas, I recommend going on Pinterest and searching do a dot art projects. There are plenty! As a parent I appreciate how easy it is to do arts and crafts with these dot markers, because they make set up and clean up so easy and clean. They are washable, but I recommend using a tablecloth for your kitchen table, and treat it as any other art project. If you don’t want your kids to get paint on their new school clothes, don’t let them dot in their new school clothes. We have dotted our clothes, and hands, and arms, and hair….:) but haven’t had any real problems getting the paint off.Definitely a hit in our home! I highly recommend these to anyone, especially if you have little ones who love arts and crafts!

Great Quality, Loads of Fun
I bought this box in 2014, yes 11 years ago!!! I took them to a friends yesterday for her 5&3 year old to have fun with and they loved them.Eleven years and many, many toddler, and early grade school projects later and they worked perfectly. That is a great purchase! Buy them now and save them for your grands 😀

Colorful art, without the mess!
These dot markers have become a staple in my house for our creative arts and craft time. I love their simplicity! To clean up we just put the cap back on which prevents the marker from drying out and store in the packaging. No need to refill with paint or rinse out dirty paint brushes. Because it’s a marker, you don’t need to purchase extra items like brushes. They allow my toddler to create art with easy and without extra anxiety from making a mess. But I know that they are washable so if any mess were to happen, I know I can just wipe it away with a table cloth. It’s an American Brand and the markers have NO SMELL!

Kids love them
I just purchased a second box of these after they lasted for several years. The kids love decorating with these paint markers.

Good for use on white paper, but not darker colored papers
Pros: Easy to use, good size "dots" and color optionsCons: Paint coverage is a little thin, almost watercolorish. Was looking for more opaque quality.

Perfect fit for my not so artsy toddler
These are a great addition to a kids' arts and crafts collection. My two had limited fine motor skills and couldn't color well with a crayon or marker but grabbed these and immediately took a fancy to them. Having always before been told my her that I needed to do the coloring while she just watched, I was pretty excited to see her want to use these all by herself. They are great for do-a-dot worksheets, coloring crafts, or even just practicing writing/recognizing letters, numbers, or shapes. A great tool for all ages really. Plus they're made in the good ol USA!! This set has lasted me quite a bit of time already, several months of almost daily use, without running out of ink yet. Although they can be a bit messy if you aren't careful, they are very washable. My girl got a white tank completely soaked in the blue color and it washed right out in the normal laundry cycle. And her skin came clean in the bath. I will definitely be getting these again when necessary.

Love these, and much prefer them to the Alex Toy version
We got a set of these dot paints and a set of the Alex Dots and Dashes Paints at the same time. The Do-A-Dots definitely win. The bottles are soft enough for my toddler (2 years old) to squeeze them, while the Alex ones are too hard and too thick for him to use as easily. Some of the Alex ones also leaked, which is kind of a train wreak even if they are washable. My son loves to paint with these on blank paper and in the two Do-A-Dot coloring books that we have. We use them on Melissa & Doug drawing pads, which works fine, though these can soak through that paper if he really puts a lot of paint down. The Do-A-Dot books have quite thick paper that is great for paints. I imagine they'd work fine with fingerpainting paper, though we haven't tried that. I find these fun to paint with, too! You can use them to make lines, not just dots, so it's a fantastic alternative to poster paints or finger paints if the mess of those is too much to deal with. These paints are washable in the sense that they come out of clothes in the laundry without extra effort on my part. However, they do leave light stains on my son's skin when we just use a wipe to wash his hands - they require actual soap and a washcloth to clean all the way off skin. It doesn't bother me if he has light paint stains on him until bathtime, since he's often coated in much worse stuff. However, they're probably not a good thing to play with right before church or something!Overall, I highly recommend these, especially if you have a younger toddler who enjoys arts and crafts but isn't quite coordinated enough for full-blown painting projects yet.
