Nordic Ware Anniversary Bundtlette, 4.5 Cup, Silver

This pan is fantastic! I have baked in it multiple times and nothing has ever stuck. I do use baking spray which I think is pretty common nature. It’s very heavy duty and the cakes bake perfectly. The size of the cakes is perfect. Not too big and not too small. I do hand wash so I don’t ruin the nonstick properties but with a bottle brush it cleans up nicely. I would definitely buy again.

Liked it so much we bought another so only need to bake one time to use all of batter. Would recommend purchasing 2 so normal cake batter mix fits with no waste. A bit difficult to grease and flour but with practice cake drops out well. If you get only 1 pan, understand you will need to keep batter covered while pan cools for second batch, making bake time longer. Seller might include that 1 pan good for half a standard mix due to side. Some of enameling or whatever process is used seems uneven is application but does not seem to effect baking. Size of each finished cake is similar to a double size cupcake. Recommend this product.

Fantastic - very heavy duty (and pretty). I used it for the first time this week - it works wonderfully. Mini Bundt cakes came out perfectly. Lightly greased with butter and dusted with flour. The cakes popped out with no problem, and baked evenly. Made in USA!

This is a very sturdy pan and it makes perfect bundtdettes with a pretty design. The miniature cakes are really fun to offer as a dessert and or bring to a party. The mold pan does clean up nicely after soaking in hot soapy water and cleaned with a sponge.

This is a heavier pan that should serve me well for a long time. I am looking forward to using it for the holidays. I also like that I will be able to hang it from my pot rack.

tl;dr: It's heavy-gauge Nordicware & performs as expected. Recommended purchase--just be sure to coat well and cool before turning upside down. This bundtlette pan is exactly what I expected. I'll agree Nordicware isn't what it used to be, though it's still good and probably better than all of it's competitors. It seems to me the alloy used to make heavy-gauge cookware has been "improved" so as to be lighter. It has a silicone non-stick coating, though I'd rather have had the option to purchase an uncoated pan. The difference is marginal and you still need to grease and flour well, so there isn't much a point in coating it verses not coating it. I haven't had any issues with sticking at all, though I use scads of butter (or coconut oil) and coat it well with flour or cocoa powder. Over the years I've also found it really does make a difference to let it sit in the pan for 10 minutes before you mess with it--thus far I've made a seed cake and a chocolate cake and both fell right out as soon as I turned it upside down with no issues. I doubt there is a better pan like this on the market today, particularly at under $30. Highly recommend.

I love Nordic Ware products and this pan lives up to the quality I associate with their name. I initially bought one pan because of the price, but I wanted to be able to make 12 bundlettes at a time l, so I bought another pan. I am currently making a lot of mini bundts for a bake sale and they look great. There is a bit of a learning curve because it is hard not to overfill them. Once I got the hang of the proper amount of cake for each cake well, they came out great. I used flour cooking spray and the cakes slid out easily. Letting the cakes rest for 10 minutes is key to the cakes coming out of the pan cleanly.

These are sturdy and well made, not the tin kind you can pick up anywhere. I read the reviews about sticking, so I made a batch with canola spray AND flour, and another with just regular Trader Joes canola spray. No, they didn't just pop out like Teflon, but flipped over and a few healthy smacks and they landed beautifully on the cooling rack. The batch I made using ONLY the spray actually looked nicer than the batch using spray and flour. A few minutes in warm soapy water and they wiped clean with a sponge. You'll have these forever, your kids will fight over them when you're gone.

Love this pan, it is perfect for oversized muffins. Takes the same amount of batter as a batch of 12, if you grease and flour the pan, they slip right out. Bit of a pain to clean but no more so than regular muffin pans. The weight and thickness of the cast aluminum means wonderfully even cooking, no burnt edges and undercooked middles. My mom has similar ones made by this brand that she has used for decades and they still work great. These are lifetime bakeware you'll have forever.

Nordic Ware sind die wahrscheinlich besten und für mein Empfinden schönsten Backformen die es gibt. Die Cast Aluminium Modelle halten ein Leben lang, wenn man sie entsprechend pfleglich verwendet. Die kleinen Kuchen machen jeden Geburtstagstisch zu etwas besonderem. Dabei ist es lediglich die Form, die sie so besonders macht und ein bisschen Glasur oder Puderzucker und schon sehen die Kuchen aus wie ein kleines Meisterwerk. Das Material heizt sich gleichmäßig auf und dadurch kommt es zu einem besonders guten Backergebnis. Trotz der Antihaftbeschichtung verwende ich Backtrennspray. Sie ist sehr leicht zu reinigen!
