Satisfied with everything apart from the instructions and documentation which is quite poor for a first timer with a gimbal.

I'm going to give this 3 stars even though I returned it faulty.The app is shocking bad, it wouldn't connect to any 3 phones I tried using, because I was desperate forbthis gimbal to work. The app reviews on android show a glut of other users unable to get a connection, yet can using Bluetooth but not via the app.Even if you connect via Bluetooth then disconnect and try via app, nope. Connect via Bluetooth and try in app, nope.Shame as this is the best gimbal around.Youtube shows the app when working is brilliant. The motion travking, Timelapse, pan view, everything. The trigger button that even the Osmo 2 don't have works great.It's small, built well, tripod attachment worls well, good battery life. But without the app its as good as useless.Everything about this product is brilliant apart from the damm app. I'm gutted I'll not be using this on holiday in September.

Practically impossible for me to rate this stabiliser as, unfortunately, my phone would not fit in the cradle. It is quite a heavy phone but within the tolerance quoted by the suppliers.No doubt that a slight design change would have solved the issue and made it the answer to all my shaky videos.I was impressed by the quality of the stabiliser and the case that is supplied with it but very sorry that I could not make use of it. Full marks to Amazon for both prompt delivery and speedy refund.

The volum swirches protrude outwards on the pixel 3 cant balance the unit because of this . Works but it's not balanced

Could not get gimbals remote control of phones shutter and zoom/focus to work on my iPhone 8 Plus, returned.

Let down a little by the app which is unstable.
