This helped me, maybe it will help you too
I am a very small lady and it seemed like things were getting smaller in my body! I decided to try this dilator set. I liked that it was created by a woman for women and also that she is a doctor, knowing that she has that "I know what you are going through" sense. I didn't like that the set didn't come with good instructions. The instruction sheet writing was so tiny, one needs glasses and a magnifying glass! I pretty much figured out on my own what type of batteries was required and which way they went in, how to turn it on, and how the interlock worked. If you feel you are not good at figuring things out, then don't buy this set. I started out with the smallest size and it was easy enough. I've worked up to the second size now. It helps to put some water-based lubricant on, to help slide easier. That last size is huge to me. I doubt I will ever even attempt to try that one! My little body probably would never speak to me again! The vibration, with its different speeds, kind of feels like a massage to me. Sometimes I turn it on, and sometimes not. The set is easy to clean with soap and water. The soft sleeve that goes over the plastic, if you choose to use it, is very soft to the touch and cushy feeling, and is very flexible (by itself). It's also easy to clean. The sleeves stack upon each other without or with the vibrator handle for convenience. The plastic is hard, but this set is for therapeutic stretching, so things will be a whole lot more comfortable when you are with your man. I'm glad it's waterproof too!

hard to use & contaminated
the product is incredibly hard plastic. it is hard to take apart & put back together. the largest dilator has something black inside it upon opening the package & it's not returnable so it came contaminated.

Worth it
Writing this through my husband's account. For as long as I can remember, I've struggled with penetration of ANY sort - so I had a hymenectomy and that still didn't completely do the trick. While that made it easier to insert small dilators, bigger things were still extremely painful, so I bought these in the hopes that it would help and it DID. I've used these while I watched TV (it helps distract from any initial discomfort) and worked my way up to the largest one, which although painful at first, doesn't bother me much anymore. (To give you context, before my hymenectomy the pressure from trying to insert a Q-tip made me yelp in pain.)The key with these is consistency - use these continually so it's not very painful every time you use them, and go really slowly with them. At different stages they all were pretty uncomfortable at first but with time they're very doable. The shape of these is also really nice, because they have a curve. I've tried using ones that had much more blunt tips (kind of shaped like the tip of a marker) and I feel that these ones are a lot better at easing you into it.The vibration setting personally didn't do much for me, but it definitely works and is useful. It can help when you're first moving up to the next sizes, because it has a sort-of numbing effect.Very easy to clean, waterproof - these dilators rock and I'm super glad I got them. These allowed me to FINALLY have painless sex with my husband (and hopefully, after a while, I won't even need them anymore). These gave me my comfort and confidence back. So worth the money.

Worked for me
I hadn't been able to engage in vaginal intercourse (inserting tampons was also difficult) but after using this I am now able to do so comfortably. I haven't tried the more expensive dilators so I couldn't say how it compares. However, I do like the vibrating feature; it also helped me relax which made insertion more comfortable. The one thing I didn't like about it was the silicone sleeve. I've tried inserting it but I find it extremely uncomfortable; I can feel all of the little bumps on it and they're very abrasive! Also, unlike the hard sleeves, the soft silicone sleeve doesn't lock into the handle. There weren't any instructions with it and I'm not sure how it's supposed to stay in place (I couldn't figure it out myself anyway). Most dilators I looked at didn't include a soft silicone sleeve anyway so I'm guessing it's more for pleasure than training. Another note, one of the reviews said that theirs came with a bag but mine had no such thing. In all, I'm fairly happy with it and would recommend it to anyone experiencing similar problems with vaginal penetration.

Wow, better than expected!
Ok ladies here's my opinion which I hope will help! A few months ago I was like "vaginal dilators"?! I had no idea!If you believe you are very sensitive, I would suggest spending more on a set made of silicone. The hard plastic doesn't hurt per se, but hard plastic doesn't "give". A man's organ has a little "give" so thats good!I was surprised at the cost of some sets, especially when I didn't need the super small sizes and would be paying for something I couldn't use! This set was perfect for me, as the sizes were for my need. What surprised me was the fact I can "nest" the dilators to 1) save space, and 2) to easily add or take away a size quickly!I used to start with one size, then after a few minutes, I would add a larger size (plus some lube).Sometimes I liked having the vibration to help relieve the tension but its really an individual thing.Afterwards, I take it to the bathroom sink, take the pieces apart in the sink, wash n dry with handsoap and lukewarm water. Rinse pieces well then towel dry and leave pieces on the towel to fully dry everything. Everything is waterproof! Each piece nicely "locks" onto the base, the base is the smallest size too. Easy to do and will not come apart!Although this set says its for pleasure-it totally worked for me utilizing the advice of my dr. After a month and a half, I was much improved. Take it easy and don't rush progress :-)Oh, I tried the clear, nubby sleeve, and that was kinda weird. I put it on one of the dilators and it stayed on. Getting it off can be tricky.Good luck ladies!
