I recently read a new study about the effectiveness of 80-90 mg a day of Zinc Gluconate while you are fighting a cold. I found it not only helped with my cold (I started taking 3 of these a day as soon as I felt symptoms) but I caught a second stomach bug from my daughter while fighting the cold and I fared better than she did with that! (That NEVER happens!). My husband also thought it helped since he shared the same cold. Recommend!**Note you can overload on zinc if you take too much too often so only take it during your cold, no other time.

I find this product very effective; however, it only works when I take it with food and exercise. It's a small tablet but it works! I recommend taking one with breakfast OR with the meal AFTER exercise. It helps regulate my metabolism as well as alleviate fatigue in exercises. I wish I have known this product when I was in high school. I HIGHLY recommend zinc (not necessarily Swansons) for men who plan to have children in the near future. I also find CMZ (Calcium Magnesium & Zinc) very effective too.Take it with Tribulus and you may steam in bed!

I needed 25-30mg zinc pills for my husky but couldn’t find zinc supplement lower than 100mg locally. Great price and my dog has no problem taking it.

This is the second time I have purchased this product and my current and past experience with Swanson has always been excellent in terms of quality at a very reasonable price. This particular form of zink ( not the brand) was a recommendation of Dr. David Williams in his blog.

I received my order of Zinc Gluconate on Jan 20 2024. Expiration date for this 250 tablet package is April 2024.I'm sorry but this is a bad joke! I will not order with Swanson anymore.
