How long does it take to fully charge these aa batteries with my eastshine s2 charger?

The charger claims it will charge them in 2 hours, right on the product description page. Maths tell us the S2 fast charger charges @1A per hour and the batteries hold 2A. Protip, if you start answering a question with, "I don't know, but..." or, "I don't own one, but..." you have failed and most people ignore the rest of whatever you wrote.

Recommendations for eneloops and any rechargeable batteries. 1. Buy a good charger. 2. Don't quick charge, the extra heat will shorten the batteries life. 3. Replace them when they are low, don't leave them draining with the power on in devices. You will have two or three that won't charge without a paper clip jump (earlier post) . 4. Don't mix dead and charged batteries, the drained will be charged by the full ones the worst way to charge a battery.5. Dont mix newer generations of eneloops and older generations-it goes back to newer eneloops charging the older batteries. 6. Buy a good charger that monitors each battery throughout the charge! Yes, I said it twice.

can these batteries be used with cordless phones

Yes. That's what I am using them for and the packet specifically mentions dect cordless phones. These batteries are almost identical to the original batteries that come with cordless phones that come with rechargeable AAA bateries except that these batteries have a much larger capacity (800mAh) letting them last longer between charges.

Do these batteries work on Panasonic cordless phone model KX-TG93 series?

If the original batteries were NiMh then yes. If they were a different chemistry, such as nicad then it's not a good idea.
