Love this stuff. I added to everything from oats to cereal or shakes. HOWEVER it clumps very very easily. I find it best to dilute it with a little bit of cold water first let it sit for one min and then add it to your food or drink. It’s flavorless which is such a plus for me although it’s a little weird to drink just on water I personally can’t do it. But I love it. It’s now going to be my 4th time ordering it. It was such a great help for me to bulk and pick up on my weight in a fast and healthy way. Super recommend!

The product works. However it didn't work as best as just eating spaghetti. It does work faster on consuming though because it's micronised. But if you want it to really work you must drink at least 2 scoops full.serving. the stuff works and you can mix it with like amino acids and it works great. Also it tasted like nothing so you can mix it with anything. Also I wish it had potassium and sugar in it so that it could definitely be a worthy buyer by far beating everyone on the market. Cause those three ingredients do total workout and energy devestation.

Maltodextrin is high on the glycemic index chart that in turn will spike you’re blood sugar higher than other fast digesting Carbs.I’ve found that Cluster dextrin and Carb 10 (Pea Starch) are the better options for people that are confused with what Carb power is best.For longevity purposes,High amounts of maltodextrin can have health issues overtime.Intestinal damage and a higher risk of inflammatory bowel disease.

Seriously one of the best carb supplements out there.!!Been seeing amazing results and gains!!!This supplement almost has no taste at all. So it can be mixed with other supplements or smoothies without affecting the taste.Not only this product is amazing, but also the customer service. I had a slight issue and they sent me another bottle, even though it could have been solved without sending me a new bottle.Feedback: i hope they release another size which can hold double the amount of servings.

Just started using it. Works great as pre and post-workout Carb drink. Complex carbs give the clean energy, and the product has no junk or artificial stuff. It mixes very well and has no added sugar or fat, so it is great to drink as is with water or with my Optimum Natural whey or casein to give me a balanced drink/meal anytime! So far so good. Half way through first bottle and I plan to order more. Will also try to send an updated review later.

Mixes with water easily and no taste. Tried with Optimum Whey Chocolate and it clumped up in Milk - used a hand mixer and it didn't mix well. So using this for during the exercise with water. Cytosport - Cytocarb II also mixes with water well but gives a taste to the water (didn't care of it) - but on the other hand it mixed well with Optimum Whey Chocolate and milk for a post workout mix.

RE-CARB,is one of the best supplements I've taken.I've been taking supplements for years. This gives you all day natural energy.I work 9 hrs day lifting heavy wait and come home and try to fit in a work out,this supplement will help with that and it work like magic,I'm seckpical about supplements because it taken so many but this one is a life saver I love it! I can't say a nice about it!
