SC 160 USB

These are absolutely the best-in-class work headsets you can get. The sound is very nice, with the exception that microphones/voices which are particularly bass-heavy cause audio distortion which can be annoying, so if you have a hard time with something like that, you'll probably not be able to use these comfortably. If you're having difficulties imagining what I'm referring to, find a very cheap quality stereo and turn the volume up high with a song with a lot of bass like rap, likely the speakers on it will make something that sounds like static. It's very rare in my use case but when it happens it's annoying. Otherwise, these are very comfortable, I've got a fairly large head and despite that, these fit perfectly once they're adjusted properly. The ear cushions are perfect, in my opinion. I can wear these for 8+ hours a day and never feel fatigued. The cord is a great length and the controls on the cord have a very nice, soft, matte plastic feel to them. The noise cancellation on the microphone is fantastic. I have a mechanical keyboard with tactile switches for typing, these types of switches are infamously loud, however, you cannot hear them with this mic. I've even got a box fan at max speed about 15 feet away that would be picked up by any other mic I've used, not a peep with this headset. Overall these headphones are quality for voice chatting, I paid $60 after tax for this headset which is a nice discount on the MSRP, but if I were to pay full price I would still say these are worth every penny.

It is REALLY hard to get a perfect noise cancelling headphone set at this price range, however for the money, it's probably about as good as it can get. Very comfortable, good sound, easy to use. Like all of these it comes in a plain brown box which makes you think it's a return or an OEM, but it's all good. The manual is...well...tiny as usually, in 8000 languages. I wish they would give more details and usage examples in these dumb manuals. That all pretty much suck. So that's about it, it's a headset, it does it's job relatively well. It's comfortable. Good headset. Well built. Worth the extra cost from the non ANC version (watch out there are 2 versions of this, one is cheaper and not as good, I didn't like it.

The Sennheiser name indicates high quality and I was not disappointed. This headset is lightweight, comfortable, has great sound (both output and mic). The volume and mute controls are conveniently located on the cord. I needed to replace my 4-year-old Plantronics headset. This was a pleasant surprise.

Purchased this headset for a podcast and was very pleased with the performance and sound quality. It's a well-made and sturdy unit. I've since used it with several different video/audio conferencing products with great results. Would definitely recommend it!

I started to experiencing voice issues during my online meetings. Contacted to EPOS to solve my problem 3 weeks ago and they asked me to make some test with different USB, different software, upgrade the software etc. I tried all and i am still seeing the issue and reported it. They asked me a time for online troubleshoot, I gave them the availability, and they did not call me. I am still having the voice issues on my headphone, Their customer support is quite bad.

I like the sound quality of the headset, but after an hour my ears began to feel uncomfortable. You can adjust up or down, but they fit very snugly around the ears.

This was easy to set up and the sound quality is great. My only comment is that I wish that the microphone boom could be independently rotated outwards. I have a beard and it is a little close.

🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑I first posted a review about how spectacular these headphones were. In their own way they still kind of are. The sound only goes to 20000hz, but their spatial performance is exceptional. Unfortunately, they have a serious issue. The wire and the headset are EXTREMELY🔴 susceptible to static electricity. They by far are the worst of all the headphones in the picture only because there is no protection against static electricity. My monitors go black. There are random disconnects. I tried static spray, but it is not good enough. They is also a major delay in the sound when connecting. Once, it is connected it's fine, but every time you change to a different video on youtube or anything else. I would expect a lag. DO NOT BUY or you will be buying new ones later on. This headphone had promise. I really enjoyed them at first, but now not so much. 🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑

Ich bin kein Musik-Profi und auch kein Gamer. Für mich tut das Headset alles, was ich erwarte in sehr zufriedenstellender Qualität.

Doesn't look legit - returned for full refund. Amazon also dropped the price by $20 the day after I ordered...

From last 1 year I was looking for best Microsoft Teams headphones with noise cancellation microphone. And after this purchase of 'Sennheiser SC 160 USB Headset' I am very much satisfied with quality of sound and microphone for internet telephonic calls. For music and games and movies also this work well. Highly recommended for people doing WFH.

The sound from the headphones are excellent. The microphone does a good job of eliminating background noise.

very light weight. no noise cancelation. Decent bass. the area where it wins is the Mic. This headset's Mic sounds better than the expensive Sony MX4!! I have both and I also have a fancy Senheiser :-) My team always complained about the quality of my voice, until I started using these SC 160 headsets. Everyone complements the sound quality and say that it sounds much better than any other headphone I have used!
