Works and feels like the original. I've never changed a screen before and it's not that difficult. I skimmed through a YouTube video and it's honestly not as difficult as others have mentioned here. You just have to get the adhesive soft enough to lose contact with the broken glass screen. I used my wife's hairdryer on the host seeing with the lowest fan speed and the screen came off without much effort as well as the strip residue.The description mentions that the adhesive strips are not included, so I purchased a separate roll, but on the package I received precut strips (picture included).I'm glad it was included and it allowed for resting the screen in place in order to test it. Upon testing, everything seems to be writing fine and I went ahead and compete the installation. The screen is wonderful.My only concern is that the screen that I received had paint chipping coming off (picture included). And I'm unsure if that's from their testing, but the wires seem to be ok, not bent or exposed.I hope I don't need to purchase again, but I would definitely recommend and purchase again if needed.

Very well packaged. You could have thrown this out of a 5 story building and I doubt anything would happen to the screen. I've tried a few others which arrived cracked or didn't work. So far (a few days in) and this screen works flawlessly.Beware: comes with no adhesive or tools so you'll need to purchase that on your own.I recommend watching a few youtube videos before trying to replace. It's not difficult however the edge of these screens is VERY delicate. If you have any dents in your surface pro make sure you straighten those out first so the glass has no issue seating in place.

I accidentally damaged one of the ribbons on my screen while trying to replace my surface's battery. While the computer worked, the touch feature did not work. I ordered this one in hopes it would make my computer fully work again. The touch feature worked in half of the screen, but after uninstalling the touch driver and restarting my computer, everything worked perfectly fine! My computer is fully functional now! I recommend buying adhesive to make sure the screen glues fully to the body.

I used this to replace the screen on my Surface Pro 3. My biggest concern was that the screens are so fragile that it might arrive broken, but that didn't happen. The packaging is such that the screen is very well-wrapped in bubble wrap and installed in moments. I snapped the connectors in place and fired it up, and it looked beautiful!One note of advice: This screen does NOT include with the flat connector cable that screws into the mother board and that snaps to the screen behind the silver clip on the bottom long edge of the screen -- so if you're replacing an existing screen make sure you keep that connector on hand from the original screen. You can then snap it to the new screen, cover it with the silver clip, and you're good to go.

Everything works great, looks great. There is one flaw in my screen but you can only see it if it's off and you look at it from the side. It has a small concave flaw in the glass about the size of a golf ball. The price was great so I definitely feel like I got what I paid for.Update: i didnt use it after I installed the screen, when i tested it later i noticed about 25% of the touchscreen does not work. Too late for a refund, but these are impossible to remove without breaking anyway.

This screen not working and the picture they added on Amazon is not same I got from back side but actual screen is original .it seems they open from other divice. I installed it and screen not booting up test with old screen I have crack it's working .not recommend this and not happy. In two picture u can see brand new one black keyboard light one showing surface is working other my old screen still working perfect

way easier than I thought to change. Only thing I suggest, since this doesn't come with it is order a high grade double sided tape at the same time.. you absolutely need it for the install..
