resolve constipation
I first bought this product to have a bowel movement, and it really works. Every time I take it before going to bed, although it states that I need to take 6 capsules at a time, I usually eat 4 capsules and it is very useful. It is useless to expect this product to lose weight, but if you are able to defecate every day and resolve constipation, I recommend you to try this product.
