Bought for my wife who is a yoga nut! The color is exactly as shown in the pictures, and the pattern looks really good. My wife assures me the quality is beyond compare and she loves the new addition to her Yoga gear. Its also easy to clean and a perfect size for when she is just kneeling.

Great to practice handstands, headstands, arm balances etc, when you don’t want to roll out the entire mat next to the wall.

I've had my mat for over three years, used it nearly everyday and its been the best thing I've bought for my practise. I bought the pad for additional support under my knees when I go to studio and it so portable! honestly wouldn't look at any other mats now.

This is by far the most superior mat for grip - especially for inversions and hot yoga ! Cant go wrong with a Liforme

I bought this to use with a really thin travel mat to give my wrists some extra padding. It’s brilliant and I use it every day now. It’s really grippy and loads of cushioning!

I have to admit that this is a really good yoga pad. Where i can't get enthusiastic about is the price.Lots of people will tell a familiar tale of sliding down their yoga mat. It's a common thing. I have tested a few yoga mats in my time. They often wear away and friction is lost with the material. This yoga pad is meant to combat against that and provide extra padding. It does work. But can you justify the cost of £45 for a pad to avoid this? Especially when you can buy a couple of decent mats for that price? There are alternatives to this pad from lifeform which cost as little as £6. So while i do like to use this and it does provide a lovely extra bit of grip and cushion. I can't give it the 5* and must subtract one. If money is no object you won't find a better product for sure.

This is a great size for taking to the gym for practicing head stands or any work where your hands or arms are on the floor. Great bag to keep it in as well.
