I like the fact that this is organic and makes it great for making my low carb granola!

Organic basil seeds can be used in milkshakes. They are cool for the stomach and these are organic too. They arrived on time,are reasonably priced and i order them regularly.

I discovered basil seed through the work of Dr Steven Gundry an American cardiologist and an expert on Lectins. I have difficult digestion and leaky gut with violent swings from one extreme to the other and sometimes both at the same time, accompanied by plenty of pain. I need to avoid exacerbating my condition and to heal. This means not eating or drinking a lot of very common foods; making every meal from scratch and resting a lot. I have found many of the more common fibres far to aggressive e.g, psyllium and beans of any kind are death for me along with most grains, gluten free products, seeds etc., so clean basil seed was a very welcome find. Packed under slight vacuum so the seeds are not soaking humidity so that's good.I am wondering if those are really organic though - there's the label but not even the country of origin so makes me doubt...

Put a heaped teaspoon in a glass of water and leave for 15 mins. Take in morning and evening. Fills you up so you don’t feel hungry. Good for helping weight loss. Stir and don’t look whilst drinking as much like frogs spawn. Helps you go!
