what are some top all solid wood(front, back & sides) flamenco guitars?

Some of the best all solid wood Flamenco Guitars are made by Guitarras Estevé in Spain. The Manuel Adalid Flamencos plus the 8F, 9F and 11F models are wonderful Flamenco Guitars. Others are the Cordoba F10 and the Kremona all solid Flamenco's. Hope this helps, Calido Guitars
