Australian Aboriginal designs for coloring
Teaching 2nd graders about the indigenous people of Australia - these designs arrived later in our study but will work well next year.

Excellent adjunct to the original work!
The new design library nicely augments the original edition! The CD with all the designs in 2 b/w editable formats is a great boon! Highly recommend this!

Great teaching tool
I love teaching Aboriginal art to elementary students and this was very helpful for images that they could draw from.

Lot's of special figures
I love this book because there are so many different figures, animals and people. I would use this book to be inspired to sew a quilt with fabrics from Australia. And there is a CD with tiff and jpg files with the book. I would have loved it if the CD also had eps files, then I could work with them directly. You can use it to color the figures if you don't want to use it as patterns in a quilt or painting.

Great designs for craft projects
i used the CD to resize the designs for stone painting at Scout camp, great simple designs & great variety on the CD

For school
I like the fact that the pages are on a disc for easy printing. I think i expected to have some actual colour designs on there to show the children, but ALL were black and white for colouring.

Decevant
Il est dommage que des sujets soient aussi souvent répétés notamment les tortues (page 42, 9 fois la même tortue et p43, 20 fois la même)

A lovely book currently studying aboriginal art and design for one of my art courses, I have found this book very beneficial. I would recommend this book to anyone.
