Very good product. Easy to use. Good quality. A little to big for my microwave, but not unusable. Enough food to get full. I like that you can eat dessert every time. I never ate that many vegetables with my meals in my life. I feel that I eat a lot healthier now.

This is actually helping me to keep track of my portions. My family laughs when I pull out my school lunch plate, but my jeans laugh back at them (down two pounds so far)

Waste of money. Plastic. Just use cups. Its easier for after wash and space saving.
