Excellent QualityDuffle Bag
Bought this Thule duffle bag for a cross country trip (round trip by air). Bag is a great size and very versatile. The material is heavy duty and construction is excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bag shows no signs of wear after a cross country round trip.

My new go-to bag for trips where I need to travel a little heavy. Well worth the price!
The Thule Crossover 30” 2-wheeled duffel is big! I generally travel on business with a smaller carry-on size bag, but on a recent trip to Egypt I needed more space and brought this bag along. It was manhandled by the worst that the Philadelphia, Atlanta, Rome, Cairo, and Paris airports have to offer and came out just fine. The bag is extremely well designed and constructed. Everything is heavy-duty, and it would take a lot to damage the material and well constructed zippers. The wheels are larger than usual and the bag rolls easily. Despite the duffel shape, it was very stable when stood up, even with a large leather computer bag on top. There are handles on four (4) of the six (6) sides, so no matter how you want to grab it, there’s a convenient handhold or two. The mesh ID pocket is a nice touch, as is the accessible compartment on the top. Contents tend to settle, so this compartment tends to expand after the bag is wheeled; you’re not fighting your stuff for a few inches of space.Inside, the bag is essentially a single large compartment, with two (2) straps to hold things in place. There’s a mesh pocket on the top lid of the bag, and the aforementioned pocket under the handle, but that’s it. I’m used to more nooks and crannies for organization, but I ultimately liked the ability to arrange things in the single space and strap it, and the bag did well with contents shifting very little. My only minor complaint is the telescoping handle. It works well, but it’s a tight fit getting larger fingers in to extend it, and closing it was not intuitive for three different Uber drivers on my trip, so there may be some room for improvement. I got used to it, but even ¼” more room on each side would have made things easier. There are some reviews that mention the price as a negative; I don’t see it that way. This is a quality bag and the price is consistent with that. Sure, there are cheaper bags available and they may be great for occasional use, but if you travel frequently, beat up your luggage, or just like to buy quality, this is in line with comparable offerings. This is my new go-to bag for trips where I need to travel a little heavy. Highly recommended.

Terrible purchasing experience.
Purchased a crossover midsized duffel. The item was obviously used and returned. It arrived looking like it had been through a battle. The back panel was cracked in several places and the fabric was scarred and torn badly. Should never have been sold to a customer.

Nice but...
I can't believe that I paid $429.00 for this. So simple. Good quality but way too expensive for the size and structure.

beats lugging around my old non wheeled duffle
when it comes for flying, I've been lugging around a voodoo mini mojo for over half a decade now. It's a huge duffle bag and surprisingly, it still fits in the overhead. My wife has been asking me to get a traditional piece of luggage now for some time. So when this wheeled duffle became available, I thought we'd give it a try.So there are some key differences between the two. The first one is this has wheels. Makes it much easier to get around. Especially now that we have two little ones to travel with. Speaking of easy to get around, there's a handle with ambidextrous thumb releases on both corners, instead of having the lock on the bottom of the handle where it often accidentally deploys on other bags. There's only one length of telescopic adjustment on the handle unlike some other bags that might allow two not including the stowed position. That kind of makes easier for some folks and not for others. The inner compartment is one big space with some hold down straps and a separate mesh area. The great thing about the mojo bag was that even though it had one large compartment as well, it had several side and end pockets. It think using individual travel containers would be good with this bag. Ideally with compression capabilities since this bag has none. It does have a very convenient outer pocket though. That's big enough to fit a a large jacket or even a medium sized purse. There are handles all over. It really helps in handling this bag from what ever direction you approach it. The one thing about the main carry handles I'd like if there was a way to store or tuck them when not in use. The tsa lock is a nice touch and very convenient to have built it. It's very easy to re-key.So no more tossing my old thirty pound duffle over my shoulder and carry a toddler or infant in my other arm. Wheeling in relaxation is where it's at.

Poor material quality
I like this expensive duffel bag, but the quality is not the best. Both upper backside corners are damaged with holes due to normal airline luggage handling. One of the wheels lost the cover and now the plastic wheel is sliding in and out on the bearing so it gets sluggish. They need to redesign and put some reinforcement of the corners. And the wheels should have better mounting support on both sides of the wheel, then it would be perfect.
