I love the way the cream melts away into a foam for gentle yet thorough facial cleaning. If does a great job at removing makeup without drying too much.

The miniature jar is the size used for lip balm and it contains just 10 g rather than 100 g, so it is a terrible value. The thick white cream is so heavily perfumed with an artificial fragrance that I can't use it, anyway.

I was not impressed with this makeup remover.I suppose I expected a $40 makeup remover, which is marketed as a “luxury beauty” product, to at least remove my eye makeup. But it didn’t. Ponds Cleansing Balm works much better and costs a lot less – about $10 per jar – and I can find it at any drug store.I didn’t care for the smell nor for the texture. It doesn’t actually melt away, like some of the other cleansing balms I’ve tried. Even using a washcloth it didn’t seem like it rinsed clean at all. The Korean “system” calls for a second wash, so I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised.I gave it two stars, rather than one, only because it didn’t break out my skin nor leave a weird residue on my contacts. But this is not a product I would ever spend $40 on, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

This is not a traditional "soapy" or sudsing cleanser. It literally looks and feels like a thick lotion and "rinses" off sort of like one too. It's more water soluble than a cold cream, but it's definitely in that ballpark.It smalls nice. It comes with a tiny little Asian spoon that you use to scoop the cleanser out of the jar. If you lose that, I think you'll be fine scooping some out with your finger. LOL It goes on slightly greasy, and when you rinse it off, it DOES rinse off entirely with water--you may have to use a cloth to get all of it off. If your skin is very dry, you'll love this stuff. It's very moisturizing and leaves behind a very "moist" feeling on the skin. If your skin is oily like mine, it's just ok, not terribly greasy feeling, but not nicely smooth and porcelain either.It smells nice and a tiny bit goes a long way--so this jar, if used every day, would last at least a month or two.

So I find it very cool that we can now get some of these incredible products in the US, and especially products from such an established and famous house as Whal Myung.Whal Myung has been around since 1897 when they were created by the Dong Wha Pharmaceutical Company as a special medicine for the royal family of the Joseon dynasty. That’s an incredibly long time for a cosmetic company. Their formulas are rooted in digestive medicines and herbs. Their products prove they’ve got the chops, the ingredients, and the results. I felt as though my skin was well nourished. And smoother, somehow.4. Whal Myung Revitalizing Creamhttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Q8KBC17I repeated the process in the same order in the morning, starting with the Meltaway Cleansing Balm, then the Rejuvenating Serum, but I replaced the Hydrating Cream with the Revitalizing Cream. I then applied my foundation. My face felt truly rejuvenated and I could see a discernible difference in my skin.Very pleased with the quality of the ingredients and how well these creams and cleansers worked. I feel that they are making a big difference in the smoothness and vitality of my skin/face.The only thing that concerns me about Whal Myung is that their product information that the current ingredients are subject to change and for an up-to-date product list, continue to look at their current packaging. That means I’ll need to check the contents each time to see if anything’s changed and then to test that particular formula.
