great addition to any classroom, especially for math activities
The multi-color dice in dice bucket is a great addition to any classroom, especially for math activities. These dice are durable and kid-friendly, making them suitable for students of different ages. The set includes 72 dice, which is plenty to share among teachers or use in a large classroom. One of the reasons I highly recommend these dice is because they have many uses. They can be used for various math games, probability experiments, or even to teach basic math concepts like addition and subtraction. The students love playing with these dice and often don't even realize they are learning about math while having fun. Moreover, the 2-in-1 feature of the dice in dice bucket makes them easier for students to keep up with. With a single container to hold all the dice, there are less chances of them getting lost or scattered around the classroom. This also reduces the chaos of dice flying around during activities. In conclusion, the dice in dice bucket is a great math toy and manipulative for any 2nd grade classroom. They are well made, have many uses, and provide an engaging way for students to learn about math while playing.

LOVE THESE DICE!
I bought a bunch of these dice for my Kindergarten students to use in class for addition and subtraction. They LOVE them! The inner die is small but very easy to read through the clear plastic outer die. The outer die is just a plastic box so you wouldn't want to step on one. Upon opening the container they came in, I found that one die had the "top" pop off. The little die inside had fallen out. I just used a little super glue to put it back together. The concept is a fun one and the outer coating has to be clear to see the die on the inside. They are not the strongest dice ever made, but they are absolutely perfect for Kindergarten math activities and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fun way to practice math facts with kids. You could even replace 2 board game dice with just one dice in dice - just for the fun of it.

Great for Students
I’ve used these a great deal for my students at school. They have enjoyed using them for double digit adding, multiplying, and subtraction. They work well with my children with special needs so that I can meet the needs of each child within one group by allowing them to choose what skill they would like to work on.

As expected
Awesome value! Makes for a great gift and since I have so many, I kept some at my house for when the grandchildren visit and will use the rest as a gift. I have a grandson fascinated by numbers, and therefore, fascinated by dice. These are cool and cool to see. Should be really fun to play with... could make for some extremely creative rules with various dice games.

Endless possibilities--with a big caveat...
...the die inside doesn't always move freely. Use a cup to shake them--hard--and it's fine, but if you roll them by hand, the inner die doesn't always turn. The outer die is about 3/4 inch square, the inner is about 3/8 inch. If the outer die were just a hair bigger, it probably wouldn't be a problem. Having said that, they are still very useful for any number of math games, or replacements for any game with 2+ dice. There are a quite a few that are a bit rough around the glue seam (outer die), but otherwise these seem to be good quality. I was going to keep a dozen and split the rest to donate to my kids' 2 classes, but I may have to get another set, the kids enjoy them that much!

Double Dice in the Classroom
We have been using double dice in my classroom for quite some time. This batch of 72 is a very good deal at $19.95! In addition to using the dice to teach probability, multiplication facts (multiply the two numbers together), addition (add them together), subtraction (subtract the smaller number from the larger one), fractions (small number is the numerator and the larger number is the denominator), and decimals (tenths and hundredths places)... I also play a game with the dice called The Real Estate Game. Each student gets a Double Die and partners with someone else. One player has a red felt-tip marker and the other plays with a green marker. They get a sheet of grid paper and take turns rolling the dice. When they roll one number becomes the length and the other number becomes the width of a "property" they draw onto the grid paper. It has to be in a rectangle or square shape. Inside the shape, the write both their numbers that shows the area (like 3 x 4 = 12). Players take turns doing this and the winner is the person who fills up the most 'square feet' on the grid paper. My students love playing this and don't even realize they are learning about geometry while playing. It is so much easier to teach perimeter and area after they have played this game for several months. These dice are well made, have many uses, and I highly recommend them! A good price for a set and plenty to share with other teachers!

Fun dice
My students loved these dice in my classroom so I ordered some for them as Christmas gifts. They were a huge hit and they enjoyed playing many different dice games with them. They were a bit smaller than I imagined but the bright colors are fun for any grade school age.

Coolest dice!
These dice have great colors and a nice large size for young children. The interior smaller dice in each one is a great aspect. My 5 year old came up with rules for using the interior number versus the exterior one to figure out who wins each toss. Both the 5- and 2-year old boys enjoyed flipping them like tiddly winks. More advanced math games will follow as they get older. Definitely will be keeping these long-term.

It's hard to believe. You get 72 of these for just 20 dollars??? I bought them because I collect dice and wanted to add these to my collection, but for such low price I figured they would be decent at best. They are not. It's unique looking, fun design, fairly big and it doesn't look cheap at all! If you like dice, I recommend it 100%

The quantity comes with 16 reds and 14 of every other colour, which is a slight pain when it comes to people with O.C.D. like me. I think they wanted the dice total to be a multiple of 6; despite having only 5 colours, which causes the 2 additional reds to be added. Otherwise; they would have had to have 90 or 60 dice to make the numbers even across all colours and still have a multiple of 6. Other than that; product is fine and fun!
