My go-to brand for magnetic screens
I have purchased this brand multiple times. My first purchase was a down the middle magnetic door. I had my first one for a couple years until I accident my ripped it. (My fault, not product!) Purchased another and had until I recently moved to an apartment. My most recent purchase was for a patio door that opened outward. I purchased the side opening and had to attach on the inside door frame. The white color looks great and doesn’t deter the view. Follow directions and put the Velcro on the screen before attaching to the door. Hint! Be sure to decide which side you’d like the door to open on. I did not do that and walking thru is a little awkward. I will have to see if I can find white replacement Velcro to turn it around.I highly recommend this brand and either style. Keeps bugs out and allows great airflow and is exceptional quality.

Great, flexible screens
We've purchased several of these screens to use in different ways, in different rooms. They work as described and are perfect as an inexpensive option in areas where there are no screens or where it would be more expensive to install screen doors.

Dubious Y-Axis size
I measured my doors and bought the screen to match it accordingly. The 38x82 should have fit my two exterior doors (mind you I have 5) that I would use the most to keep open and my house cool. I measured them to be 83in high to the top of the frame and to the bottom of the door. SO in theory this should have had an inch of drag, in theory. BUT OH BOY DOES IT NOT. The width was 100% SPOT ON, corner to corner, nice and taught. Now for what I was doing, and expecting this to be slightly off, I didn't use their supplies to adhere it to my door frame. I bought 2in wide velcro knock off strips that were just PERFECTLY sized, so it would have allowed me to adjust slack in either direction if needed. Now for others more AESTHETICALLY OBSESSED, this might not work for you.ONE MASSIVE TIP, this works best when the two magnetic parts rest against the door frame and aren't in the opening of the door. I've found when it is in the opening of the door it has a greater fail rate. Like the magents get slightly out of wack and then it's letting bugs and the elements in, and whatnot. I'm running into this issue on front door number two with an older purchased product from them, since that one does slightly drag on the ground. One Suggested Hack outside of the 2inx25ft velcro tape, which should be more than enough for most doors, is a slight modification. Right now this is attached at the top so it can only open up diagonally, which after awhile, you realize can get SUPER ANNOYING, usually is 100% fine for coming and going, but say you want to bring in a large box since you bought a bed, or a new TV, you realize that diagonal opening is super inconvenient right away. SO, if you use the velcro hack I did, all edges on this save for the magnetic edges have "LOOP"/"FELT" on them to catch on the "HOOK" part of Velcro. Cut that free at the top after install, so if you need the full length of the door opening to bring in large boxes, you're not fighting it. Then when done, you re-seat the top and the velcro should be strong enough to withstand normal trafficking. and if you're clever and careful enough, you can even roll the door to the side, stick it to the exposed HOOK up top, and keep it out of the way until you're done. This is the cheapest and easiest way to add a screen door to your property, and it's good enough. The holes are small enough that even the annoying NO-SEE-EMS we get down south, won't get through it, and being white means it does offer some privacy as well. I recommend it.

Better design! Allows a FULL view of the outside.Once again- MEASURE again and again. The fit is only as good as your measurements.Closes well and easy for pets to learn how it operates.RECOMENDED👍

Cute & chic!!
This screen door is a total game-changer for my veranda! It's so sleek and stylish, it fits right in with my lux / chic flat vibe. The magnetic closure is practically invisible and makes it feel like I'm bringing the outdoors in! Def would recommend. 🔨

To our surprise its been fantastic.
So after purchasing and returning a competing product, I was dubious of the value of this unit. Unfortunately, the solid-frame screen door that came with our sliding glass door is so difficult to slide that we were desperate for an alternative, so we tried again with this product.Manufacturing/materials:The screen material itself is sturdy and tough. With 2 adults, 2 dogs, and 2 kids it gets a workout, but after 4 months so far it looks the same as when we bought it.Adhesives/installation:The package comes with a good length of quality hook & loop material, enough to install with a little (6"?) left over for mishaps. Its handy to have 2 folks to help with the install, but its not required.Magnetic seal:This unit has a series of magnets sewn into the edges of the screen flaps, and I can only recall one time that Ive had to manually adjust them. Every other time they automatically realign themselves for a nice vertical seal. Magnetism+gravity=great! I'd like it even more if the flaps had a magnetic strip at the bottom of the screen as well, but I can imagine other issues may come from that (such as the flap attaching to itself in mid-swing) so perhaps thats why it wasn't added.Design:This is where it shines the greatest. Most competing products have a central seam, which works great if you have french doors that similarly open in the middle. For those of us installing on sliding doors, a middle opening is annoying because it forces you to open the door as far as it can go, then shimmy to the door side to slip through the opening. This product has an offset opening, so opening the slider a bit is enough to expose the magnetic opening. Far smarter design for a slider.Summary:I used to hate my slider because of the garbage OEM screen door. Now we use the slider far more often, get more breeze, and enjoy the back yard more. Seriously, its been excellent and I fully endorse it. The closest I have to a point of concern is with the bottom edge of the screen, which by design can swing free. If you install the screen low enough for that bottom to brush the step then you avoid any kind of gap. Alternatively if you install it inset into the door frame then you won't have a gap as the bottom edge will sit against the frame itself. For us, it hangs free a little but we've never had any trouble from that (despite being in serious skeeter country).Disclaimer:None. I bought this thing at full price, haven't been compensated or offered or propositioned or even flirted with in exchange for this review. I just like good products and consider this to be an example of one.
