Inamorata

GREAT cd , ms. charlee brooks has the looks and has the voice of an angel. david arkenstone is a great musican. david is about 60 years old but when you look at the cover and the back cover of this cd and see him on youtube he looks like a freakin handsome man in his forties, this cd is great, music is great beautiful, charlee sings beautiful on this cd and is very beautiful on the cover and on the youtube. she reminds me of ms. sarah brightman of the 80s,90's, and the early 2000s, but the sarah brightman now her voice is soso(to me that is), ms.charlee brooks has a much better voice than ms. sarah brightman of today, I don't know if it is because she(sarah brightman) likes to wear all those tight corsets to change her body shape but I think because she wears them so tight I think it kind of changes her voice. charlee and david did loveren, celtic garden and now inamorata, the albums were great all of them, but I really liked the inamorata, everything was great on it. I especially loved the lullaby(track 12) it was so hauntingly beautiful. you must get this cd, you will not be disappointed, it is great

Let me say up front, I love David Arkenstones music, and also Charlee Brooks voice--normally, that is. This album was just one of those that made me want to run screaming and shut it off. Why? I think it is the songs, but for some reason, all I could see was a Disney Princess walking around singing, with birds and butterflies and bunnies all around. I guess the music was "cutesy", for lace of a better word. Waste of money, I will not listen to it again.

I have been a fan of David Arkenstone and Diane Arkenstone for a very long time. The music is different with each cd, but offers no disappointment at all. Fully enjoy this Cd along with all the others I have

I was under the impression that it was going to be all instruments, some of the pieces had vocals. It was okay for me, but I would have wished it would be the whole CD just instruments.

I was very, very disappointed with this cd. Trite, superficial, Charlee (like please spell it right) sounds like the voice of Beauty from Beauty and the Beast Disney movie (and maybe she was), nothing here at all grabbed me. I have been a big fan of Arkenstone for years, truly let me down on this insipid, uninspired cd.

good listening, but lacks the true original spirit of groups like Secret Garden and Clannah

An excellent follow-on to the Loveren album. More pop-themed than the previous release-easy listening.
