Ordered this Friday, arrived in time for Mother's Day. So the excited me did everything right, read instructions that are very simple over and over again to make sure that the chip works. I got 1 song played ok, which is DECODE, other than that,nothing. It keeps freezing. And not showing letters and I had to restart it everytime I punch in a new song. I have more videos, but it only me to upload one. I want my money back please.
