Great intercom
My wife wanted an intercom at our front door. I bought this Wuloo wireless intercom. We are very happy with this intercom. I didn't have to run wires through my house since this is FM wireless. I didn't have to trouble shoot WiFi problems like I did with the Ring brand video doorbell I have. The audio communication is much better than the Ring doorbell audio.The rechargeable battery life is reasonable. I did have to print up a sign telling anyone who pressed the doorbell button that they had to press, hold, and then release the talk button. So far only one person didn't follow the instructions.When I reported a problem to Wuloo, I got a very quick answer and a replacement unit quickly. I wish every customer service representatives were as good as the Wuloo people.If anything would make this intercom better it would be to have the ability for the inside units to be able initiate communication with the outside unit. The other improvement would be to be able to talk to the outside unit without having to wait for the person at the outside unit to release the call bell button.Overall I can recommend this product and I would buy it again.UPDATE: When I received the replacement unit for the insode unit that would sometimes ring when there was no one at my door, it would not ring at all. After just one email to Wuloo customer service, I was sent a detailed instruction email telling me how to pair the inside and outside units to each other.Now it works perfectly. I have not have any phantom ringing and it ring when the outside door bell button is pressed.I have a second inside unit that would also ring when no one is at my door. It too is now being replaced with an updated unit.Thank you, Wuloo customer service. I could not ask for better customer service.

Good product

Stopped working after 2 months
Don’t waste your money. This works for about 2 months and it just stopped working. It worked well for the first month, second month started picking up random voices through the intercom which was creepy and then after the second month it completely stopped working. My return window has pass (30 days) and now I’m stuck with a useless item that doesn’t even last very long. I’m very disappointed.

Very good unit with one flaw that has since been corrected!
I have four indoor units and one outdoor.They all work fine except for one problem: the indoor units sometimes chime when no one is at the door (nobody rang the outdoor unit).This does not happen too frequently, but the problem is, it sometimes happens at night and wakes us from sleep.I wrote to customer service and they replied saying they were aware of the problem and were in the process of correcting it via programming. They promised to replace the indoor units with units that were corrected, but so far that has not happened, and that was a while ago. They also instructed me to turn off the indoor units at night (very inconvenient).We love the in house communication function (walkie talkie).If it were not for the false rings, I would give the unit five stars.Update on this review:Wuloo customer support DID replace all four of my indoor units with the new ones that do not give false alarms, and they showed me how to link them to the outdoor unit. No more false alarms since and the new units work flawlessly. This company really supports it product and I am changing my review to five stars!

It's functional, but....
This doorbell has excellent range. I have it at the front gate to my property, and the house is about 30 yards from the gate. I get a good strong signal. The 3 star rating is due to the fact that the audio for both the doorbell, and the intercom, is fairly distorted, and could easily be made better. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, there is no way to prevent kids from stealing the outdoor unit. In my neighborhood, this likely won't be a problem, but for most folks, it can be, and I think the maker needs to come up with a locking holder for the outdoor unit. That would surely raise the price a bit, but what good is cheap if it gets stolen?!?!

Gives a secure feeling.
This intercom doorbell is so handy.. It was easy to set up and install for this 72 yo woman..It give me a sense of security and now I don't have to run from my bedroom at the other end of my house to answer the door... Now I have a receiver by my bed and just pick it up and press talk...I also have a 2nd receiver in the dinning room, between the living room and kitchen, for the doorbell ring..It has 23 nice ring tones, tho I prefer the standard ding dong sound,,, and 3 levels of loudness...I've only had it a few weeks, so don't know about the battery life..But funny thing after I got it I was charging everything up and heard VOICES in my living room.. Freaked me out a bit.. Turns out someone in my area had just gotten one too and we were on the same channel, so he said he'd change the channels on his.. LOL

Customer service was helpful
One of our units stopped working, we used the contact customer service and via emails troubleshooted, then they sent us a new indoor unit and we are now up and running.We have two office suites and wanted to use this to know when someone comes to the main door, but it does not seem to let us hear at one door if we both press the answer button. Also would prefer that the talk button would initiate without the doorbell being pressed first, no reads that instruction.

worst guarantee ever
Good product while it worked. It stopped working two days after the return window had closed. The trouble shooter from Amazon was very nice and we spent more than an hour trying to fix this intercom with me. Then when it wouldn't work, we gave up.Then the company sent me a letter telling me that the item was indeed guaranteed but first I had to redo everything that I had already redone with the Amazon trouble shooter. Next the company wanted me to video this.Come on!Just be honest and that there's no guarantee!
