Good delivery, included an instruction guide which is very useful and thoughtful. I found it can sometimes slip off a bit and needed adjusting. Only had it about a week but can definitely feel relief when using it. Have already recommended it to numerous people.

painful to put in despite I requested right size
I got a feeling I got a kid's size one because it would not stay put at all. Had to return. I tried even in my kids and it was not easy for my teenagers to try on.
