Anyone who is buying this set should not expect professionally quality (obviously), but I feel it should be noted looking at the 1 star reviews. I work with professional quality air tools and fittings through work so I can compare to top of the line products. This is a home garage compressor quality fitting set, nothing more. It will all easily break if you were to run it over or hit it on the ground hard enough, etc. My hope is this lasts a decent amount of time, and as things go out, replace with a little better quality because I'm guessing the threaded fittings will last pretty long judging by their build. Money is saved in this set on the blower, air chuck, and gauge (I just threw the gauge away). While I was assembling I already bent the trigger on the blower but was able to bend it back easily, this is the most disappointing part of the set. Considering you can invest in a blower that costs as much as this whole set though, I wasn't too surprised. 4 stars, comes as advertised and expected, but it isn't a top of the line set by any means.

the kit has most of the things you need for inflating

I added this kit to my purchase of a Makita MAC100Q air compressor. This kit includes all of the most commonly needed things to get up and running with an air compressor -- especially if you haven't had one before. For example, you use the 1/4" plug (male) with a threaded female end to connect an air hose to the Makita compressor's quick coupler. Then put a quick coupler (female-female) to the other end of the air hose. Now you can add another 1/4" plug with a threaded male end onto the tire chuck (it has a female threaded end) and you've got one quick connect tool ready to go. The kit includes a total of 4 of the 1/4" plugs for adding more quick connect capable tools such as the included air gun of this kit. So, if you're getting an air compressor for the first time, this is a must have kit. (Note: These parts seem to be of good quality metal and properly threaded, but you might want to use teflon tape on all of the threaded connections to prevent air leaks.)

Being this is one of the more inexpensive kits, it is just cheaply made. The air pressure gauge will not do heavy truck tires, but more for say lawn mower or bike tires. Some of the components feel like cheaper aluminum or seem fragile. I would recommend spending a few extra bucks to get something more robust especially if you intend to have heavy usage. However, for light or periodic use, this kit should be suitable.

Works wonders with my little air compressor. Makes it so much easier to fill up tires by using the long connection. It was a pain having to try to fit the smaller connection my compressor came with in between wheel spokes to fill up my kids' bike tires. Plus, with the quick connections, I'm able to switch from airing up tires to airing up air mattresses or basketballs in a flash. However, I would recommend some thread tape be handy as air was leaking out of the adapter at the threads when I put this on my compressor. Thread tape fixed that problem quick.

It is a brand name kit, Campbell Hausfeld is written on the packaging and it is similar to something you would find at any hardware store. The kit contains many things you need to use your compressed air line, including a blower nozzle, air chuck, tire gauge, and quick connect fittings. Most pieces are chromed metal and feel solid enough. The tire gauge feels cheap however, and is pretty low quality, possibly even plastic. The handle on the air nozzle is also a bit cheap feeling and would be easy to bend and break in time. The kit will get you going though and is fine for a home owner, with moderate use. A professional may want something more robust though. I am satisfied with the kit at the pricing it was offered. If you are serious about your use of these items you may want to consider spending double for something more durable though.

These are good attachment. The price is good. One thing i did find was. That you have put the Teflon tape that is provided on all the attachment, otherwise they leak. They should provide more tape as the one that is provided is not enough. Other than that everything is working as its suppose. to

the threads on the hose inlet side of the valve looks like it was dropped or something hit the thread edge making it hard to thread in but we got there but otherwise the air flow should be ok for my present needs.

Comes with everything that you need to get started with your air compressor , could have came with a small roll of Teflon thread tape . But oh well
