Overpriced Plastic Part
Like other reviews mentioned the shower holder is cheap plastic, only the water connection is metalYou can find generic brands that are solid brass for 75% less.

Simple but fragile.
Water fittings are well made metal but housing/cradle isplastic. It's not an issue if you are aware.

Poor Quality PLASTIC
The guy who figured out how to chrome-plate plastic should be shot! More and more plumbing fixtures are plastic now and hardly any manufacturer states this on the product description. This shower holder consists of a small metal elbow with a cheap plastic cover. If it cost $20 it would be a reasonable deal but at $60 it is grand-theft-faucet. I'm sending this dog back. Take a look at units by "Artos" which state they are solid brass and cost quite a bit less than this one.

Good concept, plastic
The finish looks nice and the elbow is high quality, but this is a lightweight plastic piece. We'll see how it holds up.
