Harney & Sons Classic Paris Black Tea, 20 Sachets in Tin

This is my go-to morning tea with a teaspoon of honey. Every sip is filled with a hint of vanilla and a touch of fruitiness, offering a beautiful complexity of flavors. And the spiciness is the perfect amount. What I love most is how well it holds its flavor at any temperature. Even as the cup cools down, the taste remains incredibly smooth without becoming bitter. Buying the refills for the classic tin is not only a great value, but it also looks beautifully nostalgic on my counter while keeping the tea perfectly fresh. And Harney & Sons consistently delivers excellent quality and variety. As a bonus, I’ve started upcycling the tea sachets after use! Once used, I fill the empty bags with dried flowers and a few drops of essential oils to create DIY room fresheners. They look charming and smell amazing. Highly recommend this tea for yourself or as a gift!

I previously enjoyed a tea similar to this in a tea room many years ago and always wondered if I could find it again, and here it is. It's a sweet black tea that goes down very smoothly. In terms of flavor, I felt that the vanilla notes overtake the others mostly, but still they compliment it very well. I added a heavy splash of milk to my cup along with 1 teaspoon of sugar, and it was perfect. If you want the usual bitterness from black tea then half sugar or going without may be preferable. Though the price of Harney & Sons tea leans more on the costly side, I think it's a worthy purchase for the quality they offer. The tins are beautiful, and the tea tastes exceptionally good. I am partial to Taylor's tea for their competitive prices along with quality, but I may be inclined to try more of Harney & Sons for their unique flavors! I will add however, that on looking at their offerings there's a listing for a 50ct of this blend for only 2 dollars more, which is a shame as I would have rather purchased that- Although, maybe buying the tin first is nice to use it later on.

This tea is absolutely lovely. The aroma alone feels indulgent—warm, slightly fruity, and very comforting. The flavor is smooth and well-balanced with subtle notes of vanilla and fruit, without being overpowering or bitter. It brews beautifully hot and is just as good iced. I don’t even need to add sweetener most days because it already has a naturally soft, slightly sweet finish. It feels like a café-quality tea you’d sip slowly in the morning or during a cozy afternoon break. If you enjoy black tea but want something elegant and a little special, this is definitely worth trying. I’ll be repurchasing.

Was introduced to the Harney & Sons Teas by an online blogger about six months ago. Started with Victorian London Fog, which I love, and then decided to give Paris a try, which I love even more! The aroma upon opening the metal canister is amazing, a hint of bergamot, black currant and vanilla. After steeping, I add a bit of cream and a quick swirl of honey, and I'm in Heaven! Am curious to try other Harney & Sons teas, but I'm not sure that any other flavor could ever top this one! Love the sachets; was always used to loose or tea bags, and the canisters make darling storage containers once emptied.

Not as sweet as I thought it would be, but it does have a good flavor straight up. Thus, it is tolerable without sweeteners.

I usually buy these at World Market, but I felt lazy this time around and decided to be brave to purchase these on Amazon, despite some of the negative reviews. The “good,” contrary to the negative reviews: - No damage to my tins (I bought two) - No weird visible defects-like cut corners on the sachets that someone had posted - Correct number of sachets - Pretty fresh batch. I got these delivered towards the end of May of 2026, they were packaged in February 2026 - No mold The “bad”: - Only issue I have is the consistency of this brand-the tea is usually stronger in flavor. My first sachet I had from this batch was not as potent as it usually is. That’s literally it. I first had this tea at a restaurant, iced, and I fell in love. Had to find out what it was and I’ve been drinking it at home since, hot. It’s perfectly floral, fruity, and the tea, itself, is not too overpowering. It’s a good alternative to a simple black tea.

Prior to trying Harney and Sons Paris Tea I was buying a similar brand from France. This is very similar for about a quarter of of the price! A great tasting black tea with just enough citrus to take away any bitterness. Highly recommended

香りまで含めて、フィーカを贅沢にする紅茶 購入してしばらく飲んでみての感想です。 ■ 購入の背景 仕事や家事の合間に、コーヒーとは少し違う「きちんと休むための一杯」が欲しくて選びました。 北欧のように、短い休憩でも飲み物を用意して、その時間自体を楽しむ。そんな使い方がよく似合う紅茶だと思います。 ■ 香り・味わい この紅茶で特に気に入ったのが、バニラを感じる贅沢な香りです。 お湯を注いだ瞬間から華やかな香りが立ち、そこにバニラ系の甘い香りが重なります。単純に甘ったるいというより、紅茶を淹れたときの香りそのものに少し特別感があります。 飲む前から楽しめるので、いつものティータイムが一段贅沢になったように感じました。 ■ 実際に飲んで気づいた点 個人的には、忙しいときに流し込むように飲むより、5〜10分でも手を止めて飲む方が、この紅茶の良さが分かります。 カップを用意して、お湯を注ぐ。 バニラを含んだ香りが立ってくるのを少し待つ。 ほんの短い時間ですが、仕事や家事から頭を切り替える区切りになります。 効率とはまったく関係のない時間ですが、こういう「何もしないための数分」に少し贅沢を足してくれる紅茶です。 ■ 良い点 ・バニラを感じる華やかで贅沢な香り ・お湯を注いでいる時間から楽しめる ・一杯で気持ちを切り替えやすい ・缶のデザインもよく、置いておきたくなる ■ 気になった点 ・バニラ系の香りがしっかりしているため、シンプルな紅茶を好む人には少し華やかすぎるかも ・日常的に大量に飲むというより、一杯をゆっくり楽しみたいタイプ ■ 総合的に 単に喉を潤すためではなく、休憩そのものを少し贅沢にするために淹れたくなる紅茶でした。 5分、10分でも一度手を止めて、バニラの香りと一緒に一杯飲む。 そんな時間を日常に取り入れたい人にはよく合うと思います。 味だけではなく、香りとその時間まで含めて満足できたので★5です。

Tastes like luxury and smells amazing! I’m a coffee drinker but saw this brand somewhere online and decided to give it a try. The tin can that the tea sachets come in is pretty and sturdy. The sachets are beautiful and of high quality. Once the lid opens the fragrance flows out, amazing.

This is a very special tea .

Très bon thé subtilement parfumé et léger. Idéal pour petit déjeuner ou milieu de journée. A déguster sans attendre !

This is one of the nicest tasting teas I've had, can make it strong or weak, I prefer somewhere in the middle, it's truly very enjoyable ( I don't need a sweetener with this, the honey flavour comes through)
