Q: Does it actually say cyanoacrylate on the bottle? i really need a loctite that has cyanoacrylate. thanks.

It does not state cyanoacrylate on the bottle, but is does on the technical data sheet. google "Loctite 454 data sheet" for all the information you would want on loctite 454 (aka loctite 135462)

Not recommended. It would work as a short term fix, but most likely would fail at some point in the future. Retired Loctite employee.

Depends on what you're bonding and how long it stays underwater. Suggest you discuss with Loctite customer service.
