The base is titanium dioxide and zinc oxide they are minerals that give a waterproof coverage for a few hours to all day depending on how active you are , works great for minimizing acne or uneven skin tone , also has some spf 20 in it , works for my sensitive facial skin

Is this primer non-comedogenic?

Hi, I think so since I have a lot of acne scars and skin problems and never had a problem with this product. I really like it and it was suggested by my Dermatologist.

Is this tinted? If so, what is the color--fair, medium, dark, yellowish, pinkish?

NO it's not a tint, but it is yellowish it covers all the fine lines and helps with smoothing of the skin when applying other makeup. lasts all day. They also have a brownish tint cream which is a great cover up as well. covers the fine lines too!! Love, Love, Love this product.
