MORPHEUS LABS M4s Mount with RAM Ball-Adapter

I wanted to have my phone on my bike handlebars so I can use the wonderful Komoot app for navigation. Unfortunately my bike is a compact (but wonderful) bike with not-so-wide handlebars that, to make things even more challenging to fit a phone, are tapered. I just didn't have room for regular mounts. They would not fit in the available handlebar space and could not accommodate tapered handle bars.Morpheus Labs to the rescue! I contacted support to see if the regular mount would fit tapered handlebars. The regular mount would not help but the brilliant Morpheus Labs support advised that a combination of RAM Mount U bolt and a special upcoming Morpheus Labs ball mount case would work. Bingo. I am already familiar with RAM Mounts - they are a fantastic design and meet all imaginable mounting needs. The mount was not released yet but I waited patiently and, as I write, my bike + RAM Mount + this Morpheus case work together brilliantly.Pros- vibration free- you can angle your phone in almost any direction- secure. Your phone is safe.- takes very little space on your handlebars. Just the width of a U-bolt, which stays, unobtrusively, on the bike- really nice phone cover; perfect fit- super easy to use- I love this setup!Cons- the phone automatically snaps into place magnetically. If you wish, an additional slider on the mount double locks the phone case to the mount so absolutely nothing can knock it off. The slider is very stiff indeed. I find it is not usable. This is not a problem in practice as the regular magnetic attachment is super strong and copes with British bumpy roads. But as I write this perhaps I will ask Morpheus Labs if maybe there were some glitches on the first batch. If the extra lock worked it would be a five star product but at four stars it is still a great solution.Knowing exactly which bits you need is not so easy to discover.
