Silicone Gel Heel Cups

Put these in my hiking boots on a 4-day backpacking trip to prevent Achilles tendonitis that has ocurred on previous treks. Worked well. Had no tendonitis problems.

These are just the support needed for athletic shoes and my teenager with heel pain from cleats

Overall I am quite pleased with these heel cups. I work 10 hour days on my feet 6 days a week. My feet take a beating on concrete floors and metal mezzanine and often I can barely walk on my night trips to and from the restroom. These cups don't replace good, new shoes with proper support but they help me get more life with much less pain out of my "old" shoes.

The adhesive was fair. The comfort is fair as well. I used two at a time (stacked) instead of one.

I have put these into my shoes, and will see this week how well they work. But first: upon opening the package, there was one zipped bag inside whose label says: INOCEP Gel Heel Cup Size: Men's (3 pairs) Length: HeelBut there is only one pair of inserts inside that bag. There's no sign of "3 pairs" anywhere. So the descriptions are wrong about the number of inserts you receive.
