arguably the best lip balm

I have tried numerous products and brands, popular, commercial, environment-friendly, pharmaceutical...but Aveda's Lip Balm is by far the best: pleasant, long-lasting, truly moisturizing without the feeling of vaseline/petroleum products most others employ. It's not cheap, but applied sparingly it goes a long way.

HORRIBLE Change of Formula! No warning of product alteration.

The formula has been changed? NOT GOOD!Aveda has been my lip balm for 30 plus years and WAS wonderfully moisturizing (even on the Arctic where I worked for over a decade), but now when I ordered another ten it is peeling the skin right off of my lips and mouth!!! I went to the doctor thinking it was some sort of virus or infection, only to find out that the new ingredients CAUSE this skin to molt, UGGGHHH!!!Shame on Aveda for ruining one of the good things in life.

I’m a lip balm snob so I wanted to make sure to review this -Goes on smooth /smells nice …The most important test for me is if my lips still feel good after a nights sleep -So many balms dry up or slip off your lips at night ….but the Aveda kept my lips hydrated all night and I woke up to a smooth moisturized kisser
