Dish Rack with Utensil Holder, Natural

I was replacing a wooden dish rack that had passed its expiration date. It was sturdy and big, but put together with very small nails on the slats that, over time, pulled loose. This new one has some great features: the slats are built into the frame, so dishes do not weaken them. The second fold-out rack is also a big plus. Since I live alone, have a dishwasher and have very few dishes, this works for me. But because it is quite small and the angle of the racks, it will not hold dinner plates or pans (they are too big in diameter). Great for a single, not for a family.

It looks nice but the edges don't extend enough for plates to dry. Plates just fall over. I wouldn't recommend his product.

It's not as good at holding stuff as my hideous old wire one, but then, it isn't hideous; in fact it's lovely.

Does the job, but it's kind of fragile. First use and one of the pieces split - buyer beware, not for heavy or hasty use.

I purchased this for my Mum, who within less than a month complained of visible mildew buildup all over the Dish Rack - gross! I highly urge folks to not buy this item at all.

I am getting used to this, but I don't love it. The top rack is really high, so clearance is an issue if you place this under kitchen cabinets and have high dishes. I have to pull it out from under the cabinets if I am washing larger dishes. The benefit to having it so high is that you have more room for upright glasses on the bottom rack. The 'V' is also more narrow than my old one, and my large plates don't fit well into the slots, so I lean them against other dishes. The utensil holder doesn't fit properly across the top. I had to bang it in and it is noticeably at an angle. Not a huge deal, but it bothers me.
