Great aid for better contact
Nice aid in my golf game. Always get a little too handsy, but this device keeps my from casting from the top. Love the way I feel the release now, more of a " splashing water at someone in a pool" type of release. Try it and you'll instantly know what I mean. Even helped my putting!

Works as expected
It does what it is supposed to, but won't stop a determined flipper. It is very adjustable and reasonably comfortable for about 50 balls at the range. If your other swing mechanics are good, it can be a final verification that your front wrist is flat at impact.

Do not cast your club
It is a very good devise, help the player understand how not to cast the club which is disastrous for any short shot. I have been golfing for 45 years and I need constant reminders.
