I will say benefits kind of not sure on. I think of this more as a healthy fruit pill. Although I enjoyed taking it & it did smell nice. It os fun to try out different herbal remedies & this brand isn't bad.

Black Raspberry tabs are easy to swallow.

According to health gurus, the darkest fruits have the most anti-oxidants. I happen to have an awful combination of asthma and GERD, sinus drainage coming down my throat and stomach acids coming up to my throat. At least once a week, I have an episode where I'm sure, "this is it!!!" I can't breathe, intense coughing fits, between wheezing for air. I happened to run across a lady while I was googling my symptoms, who sounded like she and I shared the same problems. She took Black raspberry and licorice tablets to avoid these episodes. I ordered both products promptly on Amazon.com and got them within two days with my Prime account. The licorice helps my stomach a little, but the black raspberry pills are helpful in an epic way!! I never go anywhere without them. When I get that feeling like my throat is closing up and I am beginning to choke, I quickly swallow one pill and wait a couple of minutes and my throat stops closing up. Now, if I wait too long I can't stop choking to be able to swallow a pillow, then I have to use a rescue inhaler to open my throat.
