Surprisingly, dried mustard is included in many salad dressings, sauces, and more. It is that banknote of spice that we often are unable to identify, but it is a great supportive spice. Sparingly is the key word to identify use. Too much and a bitter taste will overpower the dish.

Not as strong as some brands I've used but for the price and bulk it's good enough. I've added this in multiple dishes and it adds a good enough amount of flavor. I would consider buying this again when I run out.If you don't plan on using so much at a time, consider NOT ripping out the seal entirely, just pour out what you think you'll be using for a duration of time, like a week or 2 weeks and recap with the seal. You can also user plastic wrap under the cap to keep it fresh a little longer. The extreme I've done with spices in these big containers is throw the whole bottle into a ziploc bag and suck out the air.
