Diabetic Portion Plate-

This plate is a great visual that helps me see how big a portion should be. As a newly diagnosed diabetic, that is important. I'm used to eating portions that I thought were reasonable, but this plate showed me how wrong I was. Now, when I make a new recipe, I put it on this plate so I can see how much I should have. I have to say I thought the price was a bit high for a small plastic plate, but I suppose when considering our health you can't pay too much.

Heavy duty plate that makes life much easier for my wife that is diabetic. Instead of measuring everything out all the time, she just uses this plat and done. Great product for the price, and doesn't look cheesy like so many others.

This plate shows the correct amount of food you need to eat. It is especially good for someone who is recently been diagnosed type 2 diabetes

It's a very think plastic plate.... I think it's expensive for what it is.... I doubt it would make it through the dishwasher even on the top rack....

I like the graphics, but it doesn't seem to be to sturdy. I'm afraid it might shatter if dropped just the wrong way.

The plate designed to divide the dish meal portions for deabeticos, it is very useful, I helped me and my sugar is more controlled, although I have never been overweight. This dish is useful for all who want to reduce their lis portions

As a recent diagnosed diabetic, I'm finding this plate to be helpful in reminding me exactly what and how to eat. I've used it as a guide only - not actually eating on the plate itself. It's very simple and very colorful.

I think the plate is more for visual purposes, rather than for real use.I think its way overpriced for the quality of the plate.I could have just googled a plate portions poster and printed that if I just wanted a visual reference.I am thinking about returning the plate.
