Bariatric Portion Plate

I am really enjoying this product. I just ordered a second plate tonight.It is the perfect tool for those who have had Weight Loss Surgery... aswe all know, in time it is way to easy to re-develop bad eating habits again,and that is where I have found myself lately. This has helped meregain my control. It is a small plate and not for the regular dieter... itis definitely for the Weight Loss Patient to continue on their journeyto weight loss and good habits. I now have one at home and getting one for the office!

The plate is just like pictured and made of good quality materials. It is of a great help for my to stay within my diet guidelines after surgery. Love this little plate.

This is the perfect size to use after weight loss surgery. It is melamine, so it is light weight. It leads to creative planning to see what you can fit on the plate. It has pics of food on it for a guide. It arrived quickly and in good condition.
