I had been using the foam type, synthetic pumice pads for a while now and decided to try this product. Over the years I've tried many different types of foot files and pumice pads. I have to say that this is by far one of the best that I've ever used. After using it on my feet, I followed up with Palmer's Foot Magic moisturizing cream, which is part of my usual routine. I don't think my heels have ever felt this soft. This is my new go-to tool for keeping my feet nice during sandal season.Individual results may vary, depending on skin conditions. I didn't have severely cracked heels to begin with. Just some spots of dry skin. But from my experience, I'm sure this foot file would make a big difference for someone with severely cracked heels or dry skin. With daily use, combined with a good moisturizer. I highly recommend this foot file.

I purchased this item because I tend to get thick skin on my heel and I get psoriasis on my heel, the outer side of my foot and the back of my big toe. I had purchased a smaller item similar to this one at Walmart but let me tell you it does not compare to this one. This item is very well made, sturdy, I get a good grip, and none of the faces slide off since you have to pop them off. The one from Walmart would slide off and cut my finger dur to the speed or what have you while using it. Well I tossed that one and I am so happy with this new one. The face that has the filing blades does an absolutely fabulous job removing the thick skin I develop on my heel, it smoothed out the patches with psoriasis and the smoother face leaves my heels and sides feeli g super smooth. Makes me feel as if I don't have psoriasis for at least about a week of two. Unfortunately it does come back but this product helps me maintain my feet and they looks normal and feel so soft! So grateful this product exists!

I feel like this cut my feet up. They’re calloused already. But I used it and all of a sudden I have rough cut up edges of callous. I don’t want to keep using it bc I don’t want it to ruin healthy skin. But they’re rougher than before. definitely true to its description. Very sharp!

I have had this for almost a week. I used it the first day I got it. I love it.First I would like to say that I have dry skin and because of that I get rough skin on my heels. I do not have deep callouses. Day 1 I used it on my dry skin. I did not try to get all of the rough skin off at once, nor did I try to dig deep. I scrapped slowly but surely around each side of my heel. I used the fine foot scrubber to smooth things out. Afterward I put heel creme on to soften the skin. After day 3, I had baby soft skin on my heels.My only problem was that depending on what part of the heel I scrapped, the dry skin did not go into the tray. It makes sense. If I am sitting down scrapping the top of my heel (the part facing me) there is no way for the dead skin to go into the tray because it is above the skin I am scrapping. I solved that by scrapping over the bathroom trash can.

Incredibly sturdy, high quality, and easy-to-use product that actually works. The rasp side has the perfect sizing, AKA it’s not a cheese grater, and the buffing side is even better. It delicately grinds down whatever you got going on, and then buffs and smooths, prepping those feets for lotion and freedom. This baby was delivered today and after one use I already have smooth feet. It’s a genuine relief to not have my crusty heels catch on every sheet, carpet fiber, pant leg and sock, and it’s even better knowing I won’t eviscerate the skin on my legs rubbing my feet together like a cricket trying to fall asleep.I love it so much I’m buying one for my mom.
