This is an excellent step for step aerobics. It is easy to move and store. It is virtually no problem to assemble. Using it is fun as step aerobics is SO MUCH FUN !! You can make it short or taller according to the workout you want !! The color is good and it is very versatile as you can take the risers off of one side and even use it for lifting weights. IT IS A WIN WIN !!

This F-1053 Home Trainer by The Step is just what I need to do my step aerobic at home. It is small enough for me to slide it underneath my family room cocktail table when I don't need it. The surface is big enough for me to do my step aerobic at home. It is very sturdy and yet at an affordable price. The Step really knows how to make a step platform. I really love it... I'm glad I made the decision to purchase this product.
