How often do I use this product?

I can't answer this for you because the syringe I got was defective. I returned it and didn't trust to order another.

Is this suppose to be a cream? When I pushed plunger I only gave me 2 drops of an oil.

It’s more like a cream. Maybe pump a little longer. It should be skin colored, and covers blemishes and tightens the skin under your eyes to eliminate wrinkles.
