How do you indicate 0-7mm or 7-12mm when ordering?

Hi, yes this will fit 3 carat round diamond (around 9 - 10mm diameter). The maximum size is 12mm.

What are the internal components made of?

The mainlining is French Velvet with a Polypropylene backing for rigidity. The ring holder uses Japanese foam to hold the ring securely.

This item have an option with led light ?

There is no light. The craftsmanship is fantastic though. I would highly recommend this over one with a light. In my experience, the ring came in and out and there was no time to determine whether a light was in there. Friends and family were in awe just seeing the box after the fact. Getting one with your initials engraved makes it even more special.
