KidKraft Prairie Kettle

This kettle is really cute. My girls, ages six and four,love playing tea party with it. The kettle is made out of wood so it holds up to play really well. However, I would not recommend putting it in the bath. My girls tried that and the water caused the wood to swell and crack the paint some. They don't seem to mind that though. All in all, its a really cute toy that works great!

The Kidkraft Prarie Kettle that we purchased for our granddaughter is great! We put it in her playhouse along with her Kidkraft kitchen and it looks so cute! It is lifelike, very sturdy in design, and is a pretty tea kettle. Our granddaughter is still a little young for all of this, she just turned one year old a few months ago, but she is beginning to enjoy her playhouse. We are looking forward to many creative years of play for her in her playhouse. I would highly recommend this toy. The price was reasonable, the delivery was quick, and the product met all of our expectations!

So cute. Perfect little kettle for my daughter's play kitchen. However, it is made of wood and is a bit heavy so it could hurt little toes if your child tends to drop things.

This tea pot would be perfect if nor for the crack at the bottom of the pot. I contacted kidkraft and they said they'd send one right out. I called the following week when it had not arrived. They forgot to ship it. I was shipped another one next day. It too arrived the very same crack. I called and asked if they knew if this were a flaw with this specific item and was told they would check before sending the 3rd tea pot out. I called the next week when I hadn't received the pot, and was told it would ship within the next day or two, but they had forgotten yet again. I called the next week when still I had not received the confounded pot. It had been discontinued. I would not be receiving the tea pot. Each time I contacted kid kraft they were friendly and seemingly helpful. Now all I need to do is send my receipt to them to be refunded. I purchased several other items from them that have been perfect and adorable. It would seem to be a crazy tea pot and forgetful shippers that have been unhappy for us.

Much bigger than expected. Too heavy and too big for a small child to hold!

I bought this because it matched my daughter's kitchen so cute. While the product does look very nice, the spout isn't open so you can't pour anything out of it. Also, if your child does put liquid inside, the teapot will almost immediately crack. It is made of wood so we told our daughter not to put any water in it, but she of course did anyway and the thing was a piece of garbage after that. Same goes for the matching tea set. Only buy this if your child is old enough to understand the consequences of putting liquid inside. Otherwise choose a plastic toy instead.

This is a very well made, cute little tea pot. However, it is much bigger than I expected. It does not fit in my daughter's play kitchen. I must admit that I did not measure it or check to see if the dimensions were right prior to purchase.

Not that much to say about this toy. It's a nice wooden tea pot. The colors are pretty and the product though still in the box (I only opened it for a look) is in perfect condition. I won't know how well it last for a bit since it's a soon to be gift. I will say it perfectly matches the tea set that goes with it.

To say this item matches the prairie kitchen, the scale is wrong. It's way to big

Sind ein bisschen enttäuscht.. haben den Kessel zur Bauernküche von Kidkraft dazu bestellt, aber er ist viel zu riesig und passt gar nicht auf den Herd! Außerdem ist er tierisch schwer sodass man bei den Kindern immer aufpassen muss, dass sie sich nicht ernsthaft verletzen.. Wenn man dabei ist, spielen sie aber durchaus gern damit und haben gleich noch Krafttraining ** Hübsch sieht er aber auf jeden Fall aus
