In the photo of ingredients it says soy bean oil but further down the second references to ingredients does not include soy bean oil. which is right?

Not sure what you mean by the second reference, the ingredients are listed on the front, in order from most to least, and yes, it does contain soy oil.

Is this as spicy as the ones you get in the restaurants. Looking for heat

It's delicious, but no heat at all. I eat with pappadums, and it's also excellent with lentil chips I find at Costco - "Daily Crave" brand. I have yet to actually pair it with either meat or curry, but it should be great. Just not hot, if that's what you want.
