TheraICE Knee Ice Pack Wrap, Knee Brace for Women Men, Compression Sleeve

I love this sleeve!!!!! It was recommended to me by a gym friend (who is also a runner) last year when I was having knee pain during marathon training season. She recommended buying two, but I only purchased one at first because I wanted to make sure that it worked for me. Fast forward a year to the next marathon training season and now I am the one recommending this sleeve to fellow runners who are having knee pain. The sleeve is soft, comfortable, and just the right amount of cold without being painful. I love that I can wear it and move around the house rather than having to sit still with an ice pack. I never had any issues with it slipping down, nor was it too compressive around a painful area. The only down side is that I wish it stayed cold a little longer (which is why my friend recommended getting two). Now I have two of these sleeves, so while I'm wearing one, I can have another one ready to go. This is such a great product. I have a foam roller, massage gun, KT tape, and several topical gels and creams and these cold sleeves are still one of the items that I use the most, particularly for joint pain.

What an easy way to do an ice pak! Perfect slip on over foot and slide up the leg. Or if on arm slips on easily. Very cold but comfortable fit. Great to have front and back of leg treated simultaneously.

Revised... My wife bought one the other day and I used it and was quite happy with it. I then ordered one for myself. Now that I’ve had a chance to use it several times., here are my observations. The fit and quality of the sleeve are great. It fits snuggly and stays in place even when I’m walking. It’s a knee sleeve. What I don’t like about it is the fact that it does not retain the cold temperature for more than maybe 10-15 minutes. That to me is a major disadvantage. If a short cold temp pack is what you want, this is great. But for me, it doesn’t retain its temperature long enough. Note: After trying out another brand (Arctic), both cold packs exhibit the same behavior of providing cold for about 10-15 minutes. So, it is not so much an issue with the pack as it is with the gel. So, I don't really fault TheraIce for this. After now using the pack for several days, I can say that it does the job even if for only 10-15 minutes.

Absolute Aces! I was struggling with my old skool ice pack + ace bandage setup I've used for 20 years. Then I woke up and and accidentally fell into wearable ice pack technology rabbit hole. Found this one as highly reputable, bought 2 and couldn't be more satisfied. Fits super smooth, nice and cold for 10+m (I do 2 back to back), silky and easy to get on/off. Perfect for sitting around, not as much if you're moving a lot. Easy 5/5. I'm likely to buy 2 more so I can I do back/back every other hour and always have a pair ready. Take my money!

I purchased not just one but two as they work very well & lays flat in the freezer compared to others that are all bulky and round. I can actually ice my knee while walking around if I need too & it stays in place. Stays cold for about 30mins and wraps around the whole knee w/ some compression. I bought one first & it worked so well for me that I did purchase a second one. Might be pricey but worth it to me.

SUPER COLD!!! And Fit as described! I am 5'4, 120lbs I put this thru my thighs to give my hamstrings relief and it did not slide down while standing washing dishes!! Yes very effective and very easy to use. I’m really impressed with how well-made and sturdy this knee therapy sleeve feels. The one-piece design is flexible and stretchy, so it fits comfortably around my knee while still giving me a nice, supportive compression without restricting my movement. What I especially love is how incredibly cold it gets and how long it stays cold. Once chilled, it provides a deep, lasting cooling sensation without the mess or dripping I get from traditional ice packs. This item was recommended by by orthopedic surgeon's PA for recent knee replacement. What I found was that I was not able to put it on by myself because I wasn't able to reach my toes. Regarding the temperature of the sleeve - it is extremely cold right out of the freezer and needed to a little time to defrost before it was comfortable to put on. I do like the fact that it stayed in place and I was able to walk with it on without the sleeve slipping down.

I love this! It gets really cold which is great, I only wish it lasted a little longer. But it will be an amazing addition to my travel bag.

It’s truly a value for money product ….an hour in the freezer and gives you instant relief for upto 30 mins . It’s quite sturdy and flexible . Using it for the calf area post surgery

Well made. Holding up great with daily use for nearly 2 months so far. Gets REALLY cold. Has a cooling effect even if not kept in the freezer or fridge.

Good product, not great quality. I have had this product for a couple of weeks and only used it about 6 times. It’s already leaking jel.

Good relief

I don’t generally write reviews but I’ve been pretty please with this knee sleeve. Stays cold for about 20mins and provides just enough compression for my knee. I have osteoarthritis and a torn meniscus and use this nightly. It bring down the swelling better than anything else I’ve tried.
