TheraICE Knee Ice Pack Wrap, Knee Brace for Women Men, Compression Sleeve

I love this sleeve!!!!! It was recommended to me by a gym friend (who is also a runner) last year when I was having knee pain during marathon training season. She recommended buying two, but I only purchased one at first because I wanted to make sure that it worked for me. Fast forward a year to the next marathon training season and now I am the one recommending this sleeve to fellow runners who are having knee pain. The sleeve is soft, comfortable, and just the right amount of cold without being painful. I love that I can wear it and move around the house rather than having to sit still with an ice pack. I never had any issues with it slipping down, nor was it too compressive around a painful area. The only down side is that I wish it stayed cold a little longer (which is why my friend recommended getting two). Now I have two of these sleeves, so while I'm wearing one, I can have another one ready to go. This is such a great product. I have a foam roller, massage gun, KT tape, and several topical gels and creams and these cold sleeves are still one of the items that I use the most, particularly for joint pain.

Absolute Aces! I was struggling with my old skool ice pack + ace bandage setup I've used for 20 years. Then I woke up and and accidentally fell into wearable ice pack technology rabbit hole. Found this one as highly reputable, bought 2 and couldn't be more satisfied. Fits super smooth, nice and cold for 10+m (I do 2 back to back), silky and easy to get on/off. Perfect for sitting around, not as much if you're moving a lot. Easy 5/5. I'm likely to buy 2 more so I can I do back/back every other hour and always have a pair ready. Take my money!

I have this for my head and it’s amazing. Purchased for my knee pain. Fit is just right, stays in place (S/M) and it’s great. It’s soft, weight is perfect and it’s so easy to use. Downfall is that it only stays cold for about 10-12 mins.

The recuring criticism on this is that it is only cold for about 15 minutes.... The recommendation is for only 15 to 20 minutes per hour so that is fine. Though it is somewhat surprising that the gel warms so quickly. That said, MAN! When you first apply the sleeve it is cold, cold, cold! And the sleeve wraps completely and comfortably. I recommend 100%

I have chronic knee problems and my knees fill with fluid often this brace has been amazing. Keeps its coolness for a decent amount of time, perfect fit and compression that feels wonderful

Love the fact they are sleeves and easy to slide on, but they don’t stay cold as long as I would like them to.

I love this ice pak- and not only for my knees- it is so soft, cold and flexible! ! I use it on my lower back mostly. Expensive but worth it!

I really appreciate this product. I've bone on bone knee discomfort and these really help to bring a long day to a comforting end. They are initially intense when putting them on cold, but you do appreciate the relief after all is said and done. They warm slowly which is important because my physical therapist explained that cold compression should not be applied for long periods but rather short periods to prevent skin issues. These help with that where when I used ice packs it was a guessing game. Great purchase.

It’s truly a value for money product ….an hour in the freezer and gives you instant relief for upto 30 mins . It’s quite sturdy and flexible . Using it for the calf area post surgery

Well made. Holding up great with daily use for nearly 2 months so far. Gets REALLY cold. Has a cooling effect even if not kept in the freezer or fridge.

Good product, not great quality. I have had this product for a couple of weeks and only used it about 6 times. It’s already leaking jel.

Good relief

I don’t generally write reviews but I’ve been pretty please with this knee sleeve. Stays cold for about 20mins and provides just enough compression for my knee. I have osteoarthritis and a torn meniscus and use this nightly. It bring down the swelling better than anything else I’ve tried.
