Perfect fit for 2007 F150
I replaced my factory stereo in my 2007 Ford F-150, ordering only the Head unit, installation dash kit and appropriate wiring harness. What I didn't realize is that I would need an additional adapter to plug my factory antenna into the new stereo as well. I discovered this at 5pm on a Friday evening. I quickly went back to amazon, and came across this adapter that had mixed reviews. I ordered it, paid a small upgrade in shipping and low and behold had it on my doorstep by 10am Saturday morning. Made the connection using one of the two supplied adapters and the radio works like a charm. Very simple installation and amazingly fast delivery.

Works very well, audio sounds great
I was looking to connect my SiruisXM receiver directly to my truck's radio to increase the audio quality and reduce exposed wires (I like "clean" installations). I used a FM direct adapter but needed to find a cable to connect the adapter to my truck's existing antenna system (my truck is a 2013 Ford F-150 STX). I needed both ends (antenna and radio) and this product was the perfect solution. The connections were snug enough to eliminate any fear of separation from your vehicles vibrations. If you are looking to do a similar project, these are a great product to help complete it.

SiriusXM Direct Adapter use in 2014 F-150.
I got an FM Direct Adapter for my SiriusXM radio and needed these for my Ford F-150 to make it work. For my use, they are a little long at 10" end to bend. Also, one of the plugs fit loosely into the factory mate which I secured with electrical tape- that was really my biggest issue. Other than that, they worked perfectly for my Direct Adapter and my SiriusXM is now static free.

Great for connecting an XM Roadie
Got the Metra 40-cr30 and the Metra 40-eu10 kit to install an XM Roadie in my 2007 Dodge Dakota with factory am/fm/cd. The 2 kits together worked perfectly. Items fit exactly right and had my Roadie up and running in just a few minutes. I've purchase a couple different kits by Metra for this Roadie and they both have worked flawlessly. Just remember, it will take both the 40-CR30 and the 40-EU10 to hook up something like a Roadie. You will need one adapter to get the factory antenna into the Roadie antenna and another to the the Roadie antenna into the back of the factory radio.

Worked on my 2012 Ford Expedition with touch screen navigation with a caveat.
I believe the interior of the snap lock may have been bent because it did not want to fully insert or lock into the back of the Ford headunit. I could only insert it about 50% of the way in. I wasn't able to see into the cavity of the snap lock so I can't confirm but I will say it was the same size and shape of the factory snap lock so I assume, as it didn't go in all the way, that it must have been bent somehow. Regardless, I was able to use electric tape to secure it to the back of the radio and test the signal. There was no loss in quality of the signal even with the antenna adapter only inserted 50% of the way and taped down with electric tape. The other adapter was a perfect fit that ran to an FM modulator i was installing. While not perfect or pretty I've given it 5 stars because it did exactly what it was suppose to do and met my needs for my project.
