Yep works, I had to adapt to 1/4" which is what most compressor drains are but other than that does the job, there are two timers, one sets the time between opening the valve and the minimum is 0.5 mins, and the other sets the time for the valve to stay open and that is 0.5 secs. Fortunately it opens as soon as it is powered up, which is ideal for our application. We tied it into the starter of the Makita Big Bore so every time the compressor starts it gets a little 1/2 Sec shot of air discharged from the tank.

The unit that I received operates as designed. Very pleased with it, thinking about ordering an additional unit to put on one of my main drip legs.

Doesn't work and have to ship to china for refund
Didn't work first time it was plugged in. Lets a constant stream of air out the whole time and just varies the amount based on the timer. Could do the same thing with a ball valve and leaving it cracked open. Asked to return and they said "OK", but I have to pay postage back to China. Most likely not worth it, so just going to chuck it the trash and try to find one from a US vendor that can back the product warranty.

Valve opens about 50% of the time.
At 150 psi tank pressure it does not always open the valve. I am not sure if the water that keeps the valve from opening completely or that it is the wrong voltage coil. It is a 50/50 chance if the valve will open for the time interval set. It times out before the valve mechanically opens. If there is no water, it opens fine (kind of defeats the purpose of the unit that is supposed to dump condensate out of the tank.Works good, when it works…… Oh by the way it is a brand new tank, so it is not rust blocking the valve.
