I have not heard any hum from these bulbs and I have them throughout my home.

No they are made in China and they do flicker now and then

Any bulb that is dimmable should work. This one is dimmable.

Are you able able to use these in a dimmable touch bedroom lamp?

I have them in nightstand lamps that have 3 levels of dimming. They do flicker somewhat at the lowest setting, but are fine at medium and high brightness. It's tolerable for me (I use them in my office), but might be a little annoying in a bedroom at night as the only light source.
