exactly what I needed
It arrived as expected was just what I needed to cure pork belly in a somewhat successful 1st attempt at homemade bacon. I have more than enough for several more attempts. I will not hesitate to buy from the seller when I need more or some other hard to find ingredient for one of my experiments in the kitchen.
