BiKase Beetle Smartphone Bento Box/Holder

Originally saw this at the vendor section of a bike event. It is advertised to hold your phone. I bought it specifically to hold a compact digital point-and-shoot camera so I could take it along on my bike rides.It has an adjustable Velcro strap that attaches to the top tube of your bike, and a bungee strap to attach to the head tube or stem. Together they keep the case pretty secure on your bike.The camera fit perfectly in the pocket. The pocket allows for quick and easy access when I see something I want to photograph. I found out that the plastic-covered section that is designed to hold your phone served an unexpected purpose: With a little creative folding, the route sheets fits in there nicely and remains visible during the ride. No need to worry about wind. It is water-resistant during a slight drizzle, but as you might expect, not so much during a steady rain.There is enough room to hold all sorts of other small items like credit cards, drivers license, cash. Just make sure to take them with you when you leave your bike. My current phone is too large to fit in the space designed, but if I remove everything from the lower pocket, it just barely fits.This is probably one of the best bike accessories I have purchased.

I had purchased this same item at a local store, in black for one of my bikes and love it. I wanted one for my second bike and liked the pink that was available online. It looked like the exact same item. However, the pink one I bought online only has one stamp on the bottom, rather than two,straps like the black one I already have. The one strap design does not work nearly as well. The case tends to shift around and not stay nice and upright. This makes it harder for me to use while riding. I rate this case 3 stars; my case with two straps would get 5. Wish I had just gone to the store and bought another case exactly like I had.

My Iphone over heated after 1 hr of riding in the sun. apparently the clear plastic absorbs the heat increasingly. I will try to put the phone in the second compartment without a direct hit from the sun and see what happens.

nice secure way to carry cell phone and other items for a ride. not quite centered on top tube during travel, not sure how to remedy this minor observation

Got this for my husband's bicycle. He wanted a holder for his iPhone plus additional space for his keys, etc. This was just what he was after and should protect his cell phone from the elements when riding.

Bigger than I thought it would be. I can fit a phone and GPS in it, plus granola bar and a small wallet. Stays put.

It works OK, it can get kinda floppy with only one lower band on top tube, i found another one with 2 bands I am going to try.
